Just 0.4 miles (about a 10-minute walk) from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach, this beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is the perfect setting for your family getaway. Wake up and stroll to the beach, spend your afternoons exploring nearby restaurants and shops, and come home to comfort and fun.

The property was clean, close to the beach as described and the host provided so many nice little amenities that made our stay more convenient and comfortable. The host was very communicative and very responsive on the app.I would highly recommend this property for a group that is driving in that has 3 vehicles coming in. The area is very peaceful and quiet.

This property is in a predominantly vacation rental area an extremely short walk or drive to Miramar beach.The property was extremely well taken care of and clean.When walking in the front door it was it was an immediate breath of fresh air. It was our first rental experience with VRBO or similar options, and it was great.The beds were nice and comfy, there were plenty of TVs for the kids of our group to watch something to wind down for the night. The outdoor area with gas firepit was a nice way to relax with the other adults in our group.I would imagine it would add a whole layer of insurance/rules/cleaning but the only thing that could make this a better option would be to add a hot tub in the back.Overall I would absolutely rent from this group in the future and this property would be at the top of the list!

Overall is good. It was spacious townhouse with big patio but we didn’t get a chance to use since it was hot outside. There a small beach umbrella and bunch of beach chairs that we could use for the beach. Lot of towels, provided shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Restrooms were clean. The floor was sticky so we used indoor flip flop. There were a few termites even though they had a pest spray and maintenance before we came. The kitchen wares were dusty so we had to clean everything before we used since we didn’t eat out. We found hairs in drawers so we couldn’t use them.
