The host was very helpful and the communication was really good. The location is great for a DC visit with it being on a quiet residential street, yet close to the metro, airport and retail.

Spectacular residential location that made getting into DC a breeze. Very large and comfortably lived in house. A warm and enjoyable stay.

Lovely home just steps from all Clarendon has to offer and the metro for access to the larger DC region. Lots of space both indoors and out and tastefully furnished. Communication was excellent with the host and check in and check out were a breeze. Had a really lovely stay.

Plenty of room for our family of 5 and 3 friends. Host was very quick to respond before and during the stay when we had questions about the property. Very easy checkout process! Quick walk to the Clarendon Metro stop and had 2 parking spots, so lots of flexibility for transportation options. Our teenagers loved the basement bedroom and hangout space very much. Would definitely stay again!!

From the moment we walked in, this place felt like home. Every detail was thoughtfully done—from relaxing on the front porch swing to the amazing-smelling shampoo and conditioner, the incredibly soft sheets, the comfortable bed, and the fun game room downstairs. Everything was spotless and welcoming.Our stay over the Fourth of July couldn’t have been more perfect. The air show flew directly overhead, giving us front-row seats from the comfort of the house. We enjoyed the show in the air conditioning without fighting the crowds during the heat wave.We drove all the way from Oregon to Washington, D.C., and we would absolutely make the trip again just to stay here. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants within walking distance, and the host was responsive, friendly, and excellent with communication throughout our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property!

The property was very large with plenty of space for a large party. The check in process was incredibly smooth and well communicated. The host replied to questions in a very timely manner. Overall we would absolutely come back to this property!
