This home is a 1928 Arts and Crafts bungalow, located just a short walk from Clarendon Metro, this 4-bedroom property is perfect for families, long-term stays, business travelers, and group getaways.



Inside, enjoy the classic charm of this 1920s Arlington bungalow : bright living spaces with shuttered windows, an inspiring office area, a spacious dining room, charming 1920s original oak floors, and a sunlit enclosed porch ideal for morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals.



With 4 comfortable bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: King bed (plus additional futon available)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Queen bed

Bedroom 4: Double bed

Guest Access:

Guests will have fully private access to the entire 4-Bedroom home at the property- the Carriage House however, is a separate and private home all on its own, and is not part of this rental space. Guests will have access to the driveway, as well as the street parking. The driveway can fit up to two regular cars, but they cannot park side by side-- only one in front of the other. If you will need additional street parking, just please let us know in advance so we can register your vehicle(s)!

Within the neighborhood, there is everything guests could need within walking distance--groceries, restaurants, parks, and shopping! Please keep in mind that the home has its original 1920's oak floors, and while they've been continuously preserved and maintained over the years, you may hear them creak from time to time. :) Please note that the yard is a shared space with the private/separate Carriage home.
