Check-in is seamless and secure: a smart lock system generates a unique access code for each guest, shared directly via the Airbnb app before arrival.



The property is located within a gated residential community with 24/7 patrols, offering a heightened sense of safety—ideal for families, especially with children playing outdoors.



A 360-degree exterior CCTV system with motion detection and floodlights enhances security across the grounds, while maintaining complete privacy. There are no indoor cameras of any kind.



The estate sits in a central yet secluded location—just over an hour from New York City and Philadelphia, with direct routes to EWR (1 hour) and JFK (1.5 hours).



Everyday essentials, dining, and entertainment are all within a short drive—making the property as practical as it is private.



Access to the community pool and lake can be arranged through the host. Kindly contact us in advance, as passes must be arranged before your arrival. A fee applies for each pass issued.



Other Things to Note:

Housekeeping during your stay is available upon request at an additional cost. A private chef experience can also be arranged in advance. Please note: all guests will receive a custom access code and a detailed digital guidebook upon booking.
