House was great! Has a great view of the ocean to the west. House was very clean. Super convenient right across from the beach and next door to dollar general. Only problem we had was a small leak from the ceiling down stairs above the air hockey table. I think that's why the air hockey table didn't work right. There was no Xbox down stairs but was fine my son brought his PS5. Definitely would come back her for the 4th of July again also close enough to the fireworks in Mexico Beach to watch from the balcony.

Pros:Game room was good despite not having ping pong paddles.Very spacious all around houseNice view of the waterDollar General is right behind it which made it easy if you needed anythingCons:Fourth of a mile walk to the walkway to the beach despite having an entrance right across the street which you cannot use unless you have a card key.Not suitable for handicap or disabledElectronics slow and kitchen not up to dateRight next to a tank that smells like sewageBirds in the chimney that were extremely loudThe furniture needs a thorough cleaningIt was overall a nice stay but I did not go to the beach as much because of the long walk. The listing is very misleading and does not say this. There is a white board in the kitchen that tells you where the entrance is when you get there. It is a clean place otherwise. I will not be staying again simply because of the walk.

Enjoyed our trip but home smelled like dog pee and there was old dog poop under one of the chairs in the living room when we arrived.. All rugs in home have not been cleaned well and have noticeably pet stains; which is what I assume caused the smell. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Always say in pet-friendly vrbos and haven’t experienced the smell before. For the high cleaning fee or bringing pets, home should be maintained better.

Home has potential to be a great place. Property was very dated. A lot of pots and pans but 99% of them were unusable. Broken glasses were placed in the cabinet. Not enough towels. Had to go buy more. The property was not clean when we arrived. Living room furniture was dirty and could be cleaned. Spent first day cleaning. Outside trashcan was full when we arrived and we were told to roll it down to street Sunday for Monday pick up. Nice view of ocean from upstairs porch but when the wind blew, the porch swayed. Only one tv remote worked. Air conditioning worked great and there were extra floor fans. While the walk to the beach was not bad, it is not across the street. Still, not bad walk at all. Master bedroom mattress…not good at all. Broken outlet cover and kitchen pantry had black mold. There was what appeared to be mold beside the ceiling vent in the master bedroom. House is spacious and has potential to be a great place with some much needed attention and general maintenance.

Not bad! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The house is a little dated and the bathrooms especially could use some upgrades. We were unable to get codes to use the downstairs door which made it difficult to load and unload the car. The beach access was a little misleading, it is a bit of a walk down the road so we drove instead but it was still close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Go to this house if you get a chance. Worth every penny!!!

Love it ! The whole family enjoyed it. Great for everyone. Plenty of space .short walk to the beach. Great sun set views from the balcony.

Great location and nicely appointed

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the pool table. The master is on the second floor and the additional bedrooms are on the ground floor. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. - they felt fresh.

The house was amazing. Very well stocked for anything that you would need from cooking to towels, etc. There is a short walk to the beach, so make sure you have a wagon.All in all, this was a great house for us.

Great place to stay rain or shine

This house is great for families and is in a great spot right across the street from the beach. The views are lovely from the porch. Because of the pool table, air hockey table and TV downstairs, this spot is great even if the weather is not. We walked down the street to one of the food trucks for dinner. Very convenient.
