Condo was clean and was better than expected the view off the balcony was incredible and very much enjoyed drinking my coffee on it in the morning only downfall was no lighting in the bedroom except for lamps and mold in the shower other than that would most definitely book this condo again !

We will definitely be ba k Wish it was more handicapped accessible. But overall we will be back. Also wish the pool stayed open later.

Good location and ok unit. Across from laundry on 2nd floor - area has to much noise from laundry, heat in the hallway, and dirty second floor. Inside broken microwave and someVisible mold in bathroom.

Let’s start with the pros- good location/view, on site restaurants, easy beach access, and fairly clean building. The condo’s pictures are outdated and the view is actually pleasantly better than expected! Cons- You CAN NOT bring your own beach umbrellas.. it’s gets expensive quick to rent some (or you can being a canopy and sit behind all of the rentals)… which would have been nice to know PRIOR to check in. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and rips in the shower curtain, SUPER THIN blankets, building is under construction, there seemed to only be about 4 rolling carts to bring in/out luggage for the entire building, and there is NO SPLASH PAD.

Property is not at all as described! First there is no operational Splash Pad as everything in the entire building is under construction or malfunctioning! We had mounds of dirty linens stashed throughout the unit that after 2 days someone came & picked up, several failed commitments to have someone come clean the unit, wifi did NOT work, shower light was broken, filthy unit, epoxy (glue) layered the entire entry way covering shoes & stroller wheels … Avari text outside of VRBO application & it was not a resolution - Avoid this unit & Sundestin all together until &/or IF the property cleans up! PHOTOS & Text messages retained!
