The Space:

This breathtaking first-floor getaway is a must-see for sure! Located on a quiet stretch of Okaloosa Island sits this four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo beautifully decorated with touches of elegance throughout. A stunning fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the condo, with a large separate dining area that seats eight guests, with additional counter seating for those early morning risers. The balcony can be accessed from both living areas and has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the unique Gulf sunrises and sunsets. The breathtaking views are sure to make Blu 101 your next Emerald Coast getaway.



This home away from home has bedding for all your family needs. You will enjoy three comfortable king beds, a set of twin bunks, and a comfortable sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV with soundbar and the main living space has an extra-large of the same. In these carefully decorated rooms, Blu 101 has three full bathrooms with double and single vanities, a soaking garden tub in the main one, and walk-in showers. There is also an on-site laundry for all your needs. On property at blu, unwind in the jetted spa, enjoy a family barbecue at the gulf-front grilling area with gas grills, or get your workout in at the state-of-the-art fitness center. Over 300 feet of private gulf-front sands await you from the private beach access through a secured gated entrance.



Less than three miles down Okaloosa Island is The Boardwalk- a beachside shopping, dining, and entertainment center. With restaurants such as The Crab Trap and Anglers Seafood, along with multiple souvenir boutiques, this area is perfect for a day off the sand. Across the street is Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, featuring a four-story ropes course, mini golf, an arcade, and more; it's a great family-friendly way to spend part of the day.



Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs Mar 1 - Oct 31. Paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

FT WALTON BEACH FAMILY VACATION

Great unit and location on the beach. Loved the 4 bedrooms and family area, easy access to pool and beach off of the 1st floor patio in blu 101. We would come back to this unit.

Spring Break family vacation

Accommodations were outstanding. Our family of 10 had room to relax and stretch out. Location right on the beach was perfect. Our only complaint was we did not know we would have to provide our own consumables like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish detergent etc. those would have been easy for us to pack. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Beyond pleased during our family vacation!

Wonderful vacation at this property. The location was terrific and exactly as described. The windows are tinted so even though you overlook the pool, fire pit, hot tub and beach just beyond~ during the day you had privacy with amazing views and huge balcony to accommodate 10! Kitchen fully stocked and I was able to cook for 10 all week long. I was a little nervous about prior 1 star review on cleanliness but everything was very clean and new! The only challenge we experienced was with breakers popping when trying to watch tv in bedrooms but main room worked and had a great sound system for music. I highly recommend and we will certainly be back!

Family vacation 2022

Overall great. A few suggestions. Not enough lounge chairs and umbrellas by pool. Need more shade. No blankets for pull out couch. Lock on slider kept breaking. Needs to be permanently fixed. Was smoking allowed on patios? It wafted down to pool area and was irritating while swimming. Bunk room was very small. Other than that, loved the condo and location. Management was very responsive to door lock situation. Maintenance men were super friendly. Experience overall was great and would highly recommend but would like to see these improvements made.
