This condo is great! The only complaint would be there is a terrible noise that you hear in the first bedroom to the right as you enter the condo. You can hear it in the laundry room. I thought it was the washing machine but it sounds like it is in the wall. Luckily the couple that was using the room had a very loud sound machine that helped.

Beautiful condo, beautiful pools, beautiful views, great location, and almost perfect stay. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the condo. I understand turnovers are needed quickly but the details are very important.The shower curtain in the bathroom was found to be covered in mold. We just avoided using that shower.

Condo is nicely appointed, very up to date and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well-equipped - we had a great time preparing meals as a family and plenty of work space to get the kids involved! The location was ideal, close to shopping and great restaurants. We loved being able to step right out to the pools, and also having direct access to the beautiful beach. Another great feature was the covered parking. There were a couple of rainy days during our stay and it was nice to be able to come and go without getting soaked. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was nice but felt very stale. Clearly a rental only property. “Heated Pool” stopped being heated April 1st???? Very disappointing. We won’t stay here again unless that policy changes. Couldn’t enjoy the pool at all. Description said 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas but owner said that wasn’t done anymore and took down right after. Didn’t even try to accommodate. Overhead shower wasn’t operational. Owner said they’ve had problems before. Didn’t even try to rectify. All the codes were a crap shoot. No conformity to them. Thank God for the great weather. Very generic stay otherwise. Owner did reply to texts which was appreciated. .

Wonderful

Direct access to the pool and beach from this room. Very safe and secure. Gated parking and beach access. Kitchen well stocked, comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Beach Vacation

We absolutely LOVE staying at Blu whenever the beach is calling. Clean, beautiful condo with everything we could need & more. The owners are great to work with and other vacationers/residents are always respectful & friendly. We especially love to take Sunrise & sunset walks right out onto the white sandy beach and there are lots of activities/restaurants in Okaloosa or nearby Destin. Will definitely be back and recommend. Thanks!

Overall we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Blu 102 this year. The unit was spacious and clean. The living room sofas were comfortable and there was room for all to sit, dining table was also nice size. The only negatives were: master shower heads did not work properly, linens were not the best quality, pool was dirty with black in corners and around edges.

Family Vacation

Condo unit was on first floor with pools directly out our patio and the beach a few steps further. Rooms were spacious and furniture very comfortable. Our family of 12 enjoyed everything. Will be back in a few years!

Great views, great location, fantastic place

The description of the property was extremely accurate. Beautiful place and loved being on the first floor to go directly out to the pool/ocean. Our kiddos had a great time playing in the pool and in the beach non-stop.

Amazing Space

The condo was very clean & spacious with large bedrooms & bathrooms, lots of seating in the kitchen/living room, large patio with lots of seating. Perfect first floor location with quick, easy access to 2 pools, & the most beautiful beach. Safe underground parking. Everything was very comfortable for hanging out, playing games, watching TV, sunbathing, & making meals for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Rick was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Is this ground level property is fantastic for family vacation. Well lit pool for evening swims. Easy beach access and conveniently located close to pier and boardwalk.

Awesome time on the beach.

Location was perfect. Great access to the pool and beach. Everything in and around the entire facility was immaculate. The owner and manager made it all so easy to enjoy our getaway. Looking forward to next year.

This unit had everything we needed for our family. Extra towels and even cozy blankets. Our boys loved the bunk bed room. The first floor balcony is absolutely key for enjoying the beautiful pool area. The rooms were a bit dusty as their was chunks of dust in the rooms and on the fans. The breaker continued to trip in the master bedroom for unknown reasons. The fitness center is exceptional and another great amenity. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We love Okaloosa Island. The unique nature of every building being limited to six stories with the proximity to all you can do in Destin is fantastic! Owning the newest building on the island was a no brainer to our family!
