The Space:

This fine Emerald Towers unit has a contemporary coastal design. You will surely enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from a private eighth floor balcony. The kitchen is equipped with full size upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, as well as everything needed to make home cooked meals. The living room as nicely tiled floors, a microfiber sofa with a lounger and a sleeper built in, coordinating chair, a dining table for four, and a nice separate bar area to prepare your favorite cocktails. The master bedroom offers an elegant king bed, designer bedding, a nice size flat screen TV, a DVD, and access to the Gulf front balcony. The guest bedroom features a lovely queen bed, designer bedding, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. Also enjoy a CD stereo system and a private washer and dryer.

Amazing!

Excellent accommodations! We sat on the balcony every morning and again at night. We saw dolphins, a manatee, and schools of fish! This place had everything we needed and we look forward to staying here next year!

Spring Break 2020

Unit 805 was fabulous, clean and well maintained with a fantastic beach view. Security was polite and helpful upon check in and the welcome package provided helpful information. We left our unit as we found it as we hope to be repeat guests. Thanks for the hospitality.

This room is amazing! Beautifully decorated! Plenty of room for two families of four. Loved being on the ground floor. One of the best condos we've ever stayed in. Only complaint was the queen mattress in the middle guest room was sneaky & a little uncomfortable other than that this room was completely awesome!!!

Beautiful Location

We loved the location. The view of the gulf was fantastic! We will look at booking at as in. Very pleased! The condo was very clean. The only comment I had was that the master shower had mold in the grout. The ceiling in shower appeared to have water leakage from above.

We enjoyed our stay in unit #805. The unit was very clean and decorated beautifully. Then only problem with the unit was on the second day a note was on door from maintenance with instructions not to use left sink in master bathroom because of leak. Luckily it was a double sink counter so we could use the other side. Other than that everything was perfect. The whole building area was very clean, including the pool and restroom area. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Nice, clean property.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work. Questioned if homeowner was trying to save water? Instructions for the television need clarity for use. Add on fees for using Vacasa were surprising. We will probably not come down to Destin again.

Update

I had previously left a review, upset that the dryer in our unit was broken the entire stay. Management stated that ordering the part had been done and left the issue at that. I was not satisfied with this as a response. After several calls I was finally given a resolution that matched how difficult this made the trip. While it didn’t change the stress caused by not having a dryer, I felt heard. We were issued a partial refund. I wanted a knowledgement that the booking would not have been made without a dryer in the unit.

Emerald Tower 805

Property was nice. Vacasa was the management company and they did not inform us in advance that there would be exterior maintenance being done to our condo the entire week. We also had workers coming into the condo multiple days as well as the water turned off for 2 hours during the day. Property smelled like marijuana. Vacasa was contacted and would not compensate us for the interruptions we indured all week. I also left a very valuable item in the condo when we left. I knew exactly where I left it but they told me it was not found even though no one else checked in to the property immediately after we left. A company is only as honest as the people they employe and this one gets an F!
