The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this multi-colored, comfortable, beach inspired vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, upgraded cabinets and light fixtures, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes upgraded tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room and bedroom each have a TV and DVD player.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Relaxing getaway

Great location, awesome views from the balcony. The kitchen has everything we needed. Living room was comfy. The rocker/recliner was the most comfortable piece of furniture ever. Highly recommend -- would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo, great location and views

Very nice beachfront condo! Great for a couple for sure. Excellent ocean views, and included beach service was great since we flew. A few things we noticed, no hooks to hang wet towels or swimsuits, only one towel bar in the bathroom, and no hangers in the closet, so we had to get creative to dry items. Also AC was very loud and the unit was located next to the bedroom, so it was startling when it turned on. Otherwise we enjoyed the property and would stay again!

Amazing!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The view was spectacular, and it was much more of a private location than staying in Destin. Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking tools so we didn't have to bring our own stuff (we still had to bring food, which is fine). Overall, our stay was AWESOME. We're planning our next vacation soon!

Vacation Getaway

The entire property was nice with updated appliances. The only thing that couldn’t have been better was the water pressure in the shower. Other than that the location was perfect, the view was amazing, and the overall stay was awesome!!!

Beautiful view, condo was clean enough. The bed frame was unstable and loud when even turning over. The bathroom has a lot of rust stains on the shower liner and around the shower head. The WiFi did not work throughout the stay and a message was sent regarding this but no action was taken to get it fixed for us to be able to even access cable TV.Overall it was good and had a good pricing for when we went but fixes are needed.

Nice condo

Nice view. Living room is very spacious. The updates look nice as well. Would enjoy a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Bathroom sink drains slowly. Kitchen need some towels. Other than those few things my wife and I loved our stay.

Thank you Ultra for your review. I apologize that daily housekeeping was not included. Units are cleaned between guests. We were unable to provide fresh towels the day you called as the office was closed, laundry facilities are located on property. ResortQuest strives to provide the best in customer service and I apologize if you feel that is not what you received.

Beautiful condo that I highly recommend

This condo is beautiful and it had all the kitchen tools we needed. It was listed as a two bedroom but the second bedroom is actually the living room pull out couch. It really is a one bedroom and the description should be updated. The balcony was big. The building had a nice pool and a work out room I believe. The beach is gorgeous. FYI- The WiFi is very spotty and there is no cell service on the island in most places.

The decor of the condo was very nice. But the provisions could use some attention. The kitchen has only the bare necessities. We had to call to get a coffee pot. The nonstick pans were way past their use with lots of scratches. We did not use them. The bed needs upgraded as the mattress was not great. The Laundromat would not take credit cards even when maintenance rebooted it. So we had to get quarters from the office. You could only get 10 increments when the machine took 5. I just had to take a bunch of quarters home with me. We had to call to get a blow dryer. They provided everything we requested but it was just not a get there and relax vacation. But the view from the balcony and the time on the beach more than makes up for it

Regarding the kitchen, we’ve asked housekeeping to ensure the necessary supplies are fully stocked going forward. The nonstick pans are being replaced, as they should not be in that condition. We are also contacting the owner to address the mattress and discuss replacement to improve guest comfort. We apologize that you had to reach out multiple times for basic items and that this took away from a more relaxing experience. Bring a blanket. There are no extra…no, wait. There are NO blankets. Very strong chemical smell that lasted for two days. AC unit is incredibly loud. No smart TV either.

Perfect location!

Overall we had a wonderful time! The location is perfect and Island Echos is a nice complex, right on the beach! The mattress, however, was horrible! It squeaks and creaks and feels like you are sleeping on a fold out sofa. My partner ended up sleeping on the sofa because the bed was so bad! The bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly-they sent a repair guy to work on it but it still didn’t drain properly. Other than that, the condo was great! But for that much money, not to be able to get a good night’s sleep is disappointing.

Elevator slow and hot. Someone needs to insure that everything that is supposed to be there is there (no spatula) only 2 coffee cups and there should be ceiling fans. Somewhat misleading about washer and dryer, they are there but they are on the first floor and you must pay to use. Nice to have free use of umbrella and chairs on the beach. Housekeeping left piles of laundry on 6th floor near elevator for 4 days. Hot and cold knobs about to fall off in tub. Drain very slow in bathroom sink.

Florida's Best Kept Secret

This condo was absolutely incredible! They are renovating at the moment and the listing shows that they were estimated to be finished in May (it does mention the schedule could change) but I assumed that by the end of June it would all for sure be finished which isn't the case at all (they have a looooong way to go). Also, once I downloaded the app it stated the pool was closed due to construction (which was one of the main reasons we booked) and when I tried to call to see if this was true (since it wasn't mentioned at all on the listing) the Resort Quest folks kept giving me the number I was already calling to try to find out. Fortunately, the pool was in operation and we experienced an amazing stay. No crowds on the beaches or elevators and having access to an umbrella and chairs was a HUGE perk! We would love to stay again one day!
