The Space:

Crystal Sands 303A is a newly updated and professionally decorated home with modern colors and a welcoming feel. Beautiful new tile floors greet you when you open the door as your eyes are drawn outside to the emerald waters. Enjoy the benefit of having a stackable washer/dryer. Breathtaking new granite countertops and stainless appliances will make you want to stay in every night and cook dinner. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. Brand-new furniture in the dining and living rooms have been tastefully arranged to take advantage of the Gulf views.



The main bedroom offers brand-new contemporary furniture and a new king mattress with new bedding. The second bedroom upstairs is an open loft with a full bed and a bunkbed set up, along with a private bathroom. Both bathrooms boast new fixtures, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in closet that will allow guests the comforts of home while on vacation. After a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy watching your favorite show on the TVs in the living area and bedroom.

Clean, spacious, million dollar view and walking out on the balcony to hear, see and feel the ocean and beach access. Management was attentive upon checking in, check out was super easy. Will stay again when back in Destin!

The only reason I did not give 5 star is that the washer/dryer very unpredictable. I only got the dryer to work one day....very tempermental. Otherwise great place and great location.

Just Right

With a small time window to enjoy moments with the family, the property was just right. A well kept place with quick access to the beach was great while the pool was a solid change of pace. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Breathtaking views

The view cannot be beat. Access to beach and the amenities were top notch. Condo was nicely appointed and clean. We are already planning a return trip for next year. Would highly recommend this property.

A lovely, updated condo

We came in for a wedding, spent the most relaxing week. The condo is much nicer than the others in the building, updated walk in shower in the master, great kitchen etc. The staff were very friendly and the beach is beautiful!

Nice vacation

It was a good location. Right beside the public beach access, so got busy quick. Pool area is small and the room had a very musty/mold like smell and floors were sticky. Overall we had a good stay, location is great. Close to shopping and food.

Great Unit

The unit was clean, very comfortable and easy to find. The location was perfect. Close to grocery stores, and 15 minutes or less to most restaurants. Like all of Destin the beach was perfect. This would be a great unit for a couple or a small family.

Perfect for our family! Loved the big shower! The beds were very comfortable! Door code didn’t work till 4:15. Overall a great stay!
