Crystal Sands 3rd Floor Corner Unit Directly on Beach - Free Beach set-up Daily

Crystal Sands 301A is a 3rd floor corner beachfront unit. This unit includes daily beach set up (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) daily. Beach boardwalk is accessible only to guests of the condo. Park at the front of the building and enter the unit with your digital lock code and start your vacation. There is a full service elevator and luggage carts to bring your things to the unit. Crystal Sands is a low-rise (3 story) condo unit.

Sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins (yes, we see them often). There is a updated pool on the frontside of the building with lounge chairs as well. Our building has two grilling areas at each end of boardwalk (4 grills total) so grilling a steak or burgers is no problem.

The unit is fully furnished, has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fully furnished with cookware and utensils. We have a Keurig on the counter, so just bring your k-cups (Mr. Coffee in cabinet if needed). There is a small washer/dryer combo unit for you to use. All linens and towels are provided for your use. Kitchen and bathroom soaps are provided. We do not provide daily maid service. Each room has a Smart TV and there is a DVD player. Unit includes Wireless Internet.

The master bedroom has a king and full bath. The upstairs loft has a queen and full bath which is shared with the bonus room which has two twin bunks.

We just purchased this unit in 2025 and hope to have additional updates in the future. Our unit is very clean and we hope you enjoy spending time here. We are also the owners of 108A (VRBO 566836) which has over 100 reviews ranked 10/10.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was very clean and well furnished. The decor was very appropriate for a beach setting. The beach is just out front and is easily accessible. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe here. The condo had plenty of space for people to enjoy together or to have privacy as needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience. Great location and great view. Very relaxing stay. The unit was clean, nicely furnished (the deck chairs are the best !!), and had most of the things we needed. Our host was a very responsive communicator and had great instructions prior to our arrival as well as laminated instructions pages in key areas of the unit with helpful information. It was also very nice to have chairs and an umbrella set up each day beachside - again - the best! Thanks for a great stay.

We had an amazing vacation. The Condo was perfect for my 8 family members. Condo was beautiful, clean and a beach front. The owners were so easy to correspond with when I had questions. I highly recommend a stay here. Will request this property in future plans.

The condo was extremely clean and very nice. There were a couple of dirty coffee cups in the cabinet, but they could have been put there by someone staying there prior to me. That was not a big deal. My grandchildren enjoyed the games and we all had a really good time together. Having the beach umbrella service was wonderful. I hope to be able to stay here again.

My wife and spent a glorious week at this beautiful condo. We were extremely impressed with the high quality of all the amenities. From the beds to the appliances to the well stocked kitchen. Everything is obviously brand new including the washer and dryer. The view from the balcony was incredible. We will definitely be vacationing here again next year.

Beach Getaway - Perfection

If you want to be close to the beach, this is the place. The view from the balcony has to be the best on the beach! Condo comes fully equipped and was very clean. The two beach chairs and umbrella set up daily was great. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We will definitely be back!!

Location and Cleanliness!

Had an incredible trip down in Destin at this condo. The location is unmatched being just a few steps from the ocean. The condo was spacious, clean (!), and had all the things you would reach for in your own home. The tall ceilings and windows are just stunning. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. Shopping and fresh seafood a quick jaunt away. Owner was responsive and had excellent customer service. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

This area is stunning! Condo was very well supplied. Property manager is terrific and helpful. Be aware that second bedroom is open loft with no door. The ocean view and location can’t be beat. So convenient!

Our stay at this condo in Destin was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The balcony provides the perfect start to your day paired with a fresh coffee, ocean views, and a relaxing ocean breeze. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to delicious restaurants, shops, and attractions. We especially loved the private beach attached to the property and the newly renovated pool. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations. It really felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back!Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Destin!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Beachfront was what we wanted and exactly what we got. The best is that if you need a break from the sun, you can sit on the balcony enjoying the view and hearing the waves. The condo was spotless, kitchen clean and modern. We went to Walmart and Publix to stock up for the stay and it was perfect. There is also a pool on property which was great to dip in as well. My family of 6 stayed very comfortably. There is a spacious loft with a queen bed and then a back room with 4 single beds. Linda was easy to communicate with to answer our questions and had quick responses. We arrived before 4 which is check in time and she let us know that we could actually check in early as the condo was ready at 2. That really set the trip off right. Another great perk is that the condo stay comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella set up. That is so helpful. They set it up for you and you don't have to stress about finding a spot, there is enough room for all and it is not open to the public , the condo has a designated portion of the beachfront. We will be back for sure!!
