The Space:

This beautiful, sixth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. The primary bedroom is facing the Gulf and there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows. The condo has been decorated to provide the perfect vacation spot. The living room has a queen sofa bed with a 55” TV which swivels and a Blu-Ray player. The primary bedroom has a comfortable Tempur-Pedic pillow top bedding along with TVs and DVD players. The kitchen is equipped with all you'll need to prepare meals during your vacation. The home includes a washer/dryer and many other things which will easily make this your home away from home.



Things to Know

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the main lobby of the building.

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Spring Break vacation

The condo was a perfect size for 2 people. It was very well maintained. The view was AMAZING!! We loved eating at the table on the balcony. The only downside was the couch and bed were getting saggy. We stayed here for a week and would definitely come back again!

Vacasa was so easy to work with. They kept in contact, checking to make sure we were comfortable in our condo. The condo was clean and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Checkout was simple.

Clean and well-stocked!

This condo was awesome for our week at the beach during October 24-32, 2020. Nicely decorated, kitchen was stocked with the necessary equipment to cook simple meals. We really appreciated the deck furniture being high and stable. We felt very confortable in this condo and would definitely rent again.

The gulf front view from the balcony was amazing! It was just beautiful! The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella made our stay so much more relaxing. The unit itself was beautifully decorated. Our favorite part of the day was the beautiful sunsets each evening. We will definitely return to unit 6K in the future!

First stay @ island echoes

…and looking forward to our next. Been coming to okaloosa for many years at another venue. Our room was clean, very nicely decorated, and the kitchen very well supplied with everything you might need. The staff was invested in our satisfaction and making sure we had all we needed without being intrusive. This is huge, and they get it. We met many of the other guests and learned all are frequent “returnees”. We had a wonderful experience. 👍👍👍👍👍 kindest regards, danny & sally b

Right on the beach! Great location

The location is great and not overly busy or noisy yet conveniently located. The condo is a bit older but well kept and prices are reasonable. The condo was clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The master mattress was very comfortable. We didn’t use the sleeper sofa so I can’t rate that. There wasn’t much hot water in the 2nd bath. We inquired about renting their newly added bicycle rental and the office never returned our called. I walked to the office to inquire and the bike rentals are quite pricey at $35 per bike! Overall it was a great location and I’d stay there again and highly recommend it.

Enjoyable

This condo served as a nice getaway for our family. The views were beautiful, the balcony chairs were counter height making it nice to see over the railing. There were only a couple of downsides, one was the fact that because the second bedroom was not accessible our girls had to share the sleeper sofa, which is okay, but when we began making the bed we discovered there were no blankets for it so my husband had to go out late at night and buy a couple. There was not a fitted sheet for it, only two flat sheets so they would not stay on very well. The living room is pretty small so we would put away the sleeper sofa every day making it tidier and giving us more room to walk. The kitchen is pretty small as well, but serves its purpose. Other than that our stay here was very enjoyable.

Beautiful view and beautiful decor

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our stay at this 6th floor Ocean front condo. We really enjoyed the huge t.v. in the living room. The bed was super comfy. The unit was equipped with everything you would need. The icemaker was a little slow to fill up the tray. We always bring the old fashioned ice cube trays when we travel because we use a lot of ice. The shower in the master bathroom was awesome with plenty of water pressure. My only negative would be the tiny pool. We have never been to a beachfront condo where the pool was recessed behind a wall. We like to take a dip in the pool and then look out at the ocean while lounging beside the pool but you couldn't see the ocean at all from this recessed pool.....If you are just ocean/beach people, then this won't be a problem. The umbrella and 2 chair set up on the beach isn't included after Oct. 31st. but you can still purchase them. I don't know when the service starts back up in the spring. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again.
