Gather all used towels in bathrooms. EXCEPT Beach Towels - Guests are asked to wash beach towels and return to cubby
Wash dishes/load and start the dishwasher.
Dispose of trash and recycling in bins located in stilt area.
Ensure all doors and windows are locked.
Clean and return all water toys and beach equipment to storage closets.

Dogs - Please wash any items used from the Dog welcome bin and return to the bin.

Perfect location+perfect home!

You will not regret staying here! The location was perfect distance from food and fun! We had the best time and will be rebooking for next year! Peaceful, plenty of space, and a perfect short walk to the beach! Communication was fantastic! This house has everything needed for a short or long stay! We cannot wait to come back and enjoy another week in this beautiful home!!

BOOK THIS HOUSE! You will not be disappointed. The owner Sarah is amazing and super communicative. The home itself is impeccably clean and well taken care of. They make it so easy to feel at home and enjoy the beach. I was overwhelmed with how much beach stuff they had for us to use. Also, this is the first (of many vacations) where the lift actually works! The guys had a blast fishing and catching everything from fish, crabs, and stingrays. The beach access is close by and easy to get to. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone, they will definitely be seeing our family again!

This place is a gem and so are its owners!

We had amazing time at this house and can’t wait to return! The owner has done a phenomenal job making this home as functional as possible for a great stay at the beach! She was super helpful with any questions we had during our stay. I will 100% recommend this house to our friends and family. Everything in the home is very clean, well taken care of, and fully functional. This is the first beach house I have stayed in that the lift is actually working! There were plenty of dishes, towels etc for our family. Do not miss out on this house! Also, the amount of beach chairs and beach related items was a huge bonus, the kids even kayaked in the lagoon. So grateful we chose to stay here and we will be back.

We can’t say enough great things about this home! It was perfect for our family of 12 and accommodated everyone comfortably.The home is beautifully decorated, and we loved the large open kitchen and living area where everyone could gather. The backyard view of the lagoon is gorgeous, and we had so much fun fishing from the pier, kayaking, and using the paddle boards that we didn’t even go to the beach one day! When we did, the beach access was directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient.The house was stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, floats, fishing poles, and so much more. Sarah was an amazing host—kind, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had.We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back next year!

The first time we stood on the wraparound deck, watching the sun melt into Little Lagoon while the Gulf breeze drifted across the water, we knew this place was special.

It’s rare to find a home that gives you both worlds — the peaceful calm of a private lagoon beach and the endless white sands of the Gulf just steps away. We loved the idea of mornings launching kayaks from our own dock, afternoons walking to the Gulf for waves and sunshine, and evenings gathered together on the deck as the sky turned pink and gold.

This home felt different from the start — quieter, more private, more connected to the water. The lagoon has a stillness that invites you to slow down. The Gulf brings the energy and sparkle of beach life. Together, they create something magical.

We imagined big family dinners, kids playing on the sand, fishing at sunset, laughter echoing from the decks, and memories that would last long after the trip ended. That vision is why we chose this home — and why we’ve poured so much care into making it welcoming, comfortable, and truly special.
