Gather all used towels in bathrooms. EXCEPT Beach Towels - Guests are asked to wash beach towels and return to cubby

Wash dishes/load and start the dishwasher.

Dispose of trash and recycling in bins located in stilt area.

Ensure all doors and windows are locked.

Clean and return all water toys and beach equipment to storage closets.



Dogs - Please wash any items used from the Dog welcome bin and return to the bin.

This house was great. They had a supply closet downstairs with all sorts of beach stuff so we didn’t have to buy a thing! The best though was being located on the lagoon. My boys were out there for hours everyday! It was perfect. They fished until they dropped!

Perfect location+perfect home!

You will not regret staying here! The location was perfect distance from food and fun! We had the best time and will be rebooking for next year! Peaceful, plenty of space, and a perfect short walk to the beach! Communication was fantastic! This house has everything needed for a short or long stay! We cannot wait to come back and enjoy another week in this beautiful home!!

This rental is better than the pictures! The owners have thought of everything (comfort, kids, families, fun)! The house is clean, huge, comfortable and classy. From the furniture, decor, dishes, cookware, appliances, bedding…it’s high end. The dock was great for fishing but the lagoon is shallow- no jumping in to swim. The beach is right across the road, an easy walk. The outdoor “toys” and beach accessories were nice. The owner responds very quickly and is super helpful. I highly recommend!

BOOK THIS HOUSE! You will not be disappointed. The owner Sarah is amazing and super communicative. The home itself is impeccably clean and well taken care of. They make it so easy to feel at home and enjoy the beach. I was overwhelmed with how much beach stuff they had for us to use. Also, this is the first (of many vacations) where the lift actually works! The guys had a blast fishing and catching everything from fish, crabs, and stingrays. The beach access is close by and easy to get to. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone, they will definitely be seeing our family again!

This place is a gem and so are its owners!

We had amazing time at this house and can’t wait to return! The owner has done a phenomenal job making this home as functional as possible for a great stay at the beach! She was super helpful with any questions we had during our stay. I will 100% recommend this house to our friends and family. Everything in the home is very clean, well taken care of, and fully functional. This is the first beach house I have stayed in that the lift is actually working! There were plenty of dishes, towels etc for our family. Do not miss out on this house! Also, the amount of beach chairs and beach related items was a huge bonus, the kids even kayaked in the lagoon. So grateful we chose to stay here and we will be back.

The house was beautiful and very clean! Sara, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive, both as we were planning our trip and during our stay. The location was good, having never been to the area before, we didn't really know what to expect. The ability to walk to the beach was a nice perk. The bedrooms were all very nice and our whole party (kids, adults, grandparents) slept well and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this house!

We can’t say enough great things about this home! It was perfect for our family of 12 and accommodated everyone comfortably.The home is beautifully decorated, and we loved the large open kitchen and living area where everyone could gather. The backyard view of the lagoon is gorgeous, and we had so much fun fishing from the pier, kayaking, and using the paddle boards that we didn’t even go to the beach one day! When we did, the beach access was directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient.The house was stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, floats, fishing poles, and so much more. Sarah was an amazing host—kind, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had.We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back next year!
