To clarify, our online listing notes that streaming TV is offered, and guests can use their log-in credentials, but cable is not a listed amenity. We're sorry if this did not match your expectations. The lock was tested and is working as it should, and we regret the issues you had with it. Guests are encouraged to reach out if they need assistance, as our team can assist in person or over the phone. Our local manager assured us that the outdoor lights are kept low to avoid light pollution and they only turn on during the evening hours. We’re sorry if this made you feel unsafe when coming and going at night and your comments were shared with the team. The community is off a main street in Palm Springs but typically is not very noisy. We apologize for the street noise that kept you from fully enjoying your stay.
