From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted by the unique gate leading to the front door as you pass through a sun-lit, furnished foyer that will be just the place to sip a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Inside, the real magic presents itself, as the interior of this retreat is absolutely filled with bright pops of modern art, stylish furnishings, exposed ceilings, and all of the comforts of home. No one will have trouble kicking back in the living room with a favorite movie or ballgame playing on the flatscreen TV, as the high-speed WiFi has you covered for streaming services. Not to mention, the culinary-inclined guests of the group will be spoiled in no time when they see the stainless steel appliances, gas range, and cookware in the full kitchen.

Upstairs, you will find another comfortable living area with a flatscreen TV and plush furnishings. Not to mention, both of the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home to give everyone some peace and privacy when each day comes to a close. The primary suite will be just the place to relax after a day of adventure, as the deep soaking up and private balcony will be calling your name for a bit of alone time.

This is our fourth stay at this beautiful home in the great Menlo Park development. As always, well-appointed, close the Mercado, the Mercado Annex with their shops and restaurants, and easy to get to downtown by tram or car--or a healthy walk if the weather is right.

Loved the proximity to shops and food and the neighborhood is very quaint albeit in progress of being built

The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. The home was walking distance to the mercado that we like to visit when in Tucson. Also, the surrounding neighborhood was gorgeous.

Convenient Location - Cozy, Clean and Quiet

We enjoyed a girlfriend get together and loved this space. Great space to gather, but also plenty of room to have private space. There are places to eat and shop within easy walking distance and the SunLink stops just around the corner. We enjoyed the decor, modern conveniences and quiet nights. Plus, a spacious private garage that fit our friend's large pick-up!
