We had a wonderful week staying here! From the communication with the owner to make sure everything was going well to the beautiful upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice with all the recent updates. The kitchen was fully stocked. Great location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Loved access to the locker near the beach with beach chairs. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo very close to the beach

Host was a great communicator who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved the short bike ride to beach access and the location within Shipyard was so convenient to restaurants and shopping as well! This was a great hike base for a wonderful vacation!

We had a GREAT stay on HHI and enjoyed our lovely condo!

This was a great place to stay! It was very close to the beach and other places that we like to go to. It was very clean and up to date. We will definitely consider this place for our next trip to HHI.

Great vacation condo

We enjoyed our vacation here. The kids loved the bikes and the locker was perfect for our beach supplies. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of four.

A great place at a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at your villa! Everything was renovated so the place was clean and nicely decorated. The location is great - right by the golf course, a short walk to the beach, and alot of great nearby restaurants! We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Hilton Head!

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying in this condo and it was excellent as usual! The proximity to beach and pool is perfect for our family. Amenities were great and the owner is wonderful at communicating details and making sure we are happy. Will definitely book again!

Lovely place for a relaxing stay!

117 in The Greeens is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the owner and property manager are responsive and friendly. We’ll be back next summer!
