Everything is great! Me and my Dog Really enjoyed staying there. The owner of the property is a very professional and friendly. Everything is very close to many good stores and good restaurants and even close to beach. Easy accessible to beach as well. I would recommend to my family and friends to this rental house.

Walk through gate in the back of the Mexican restaurant to find the stairs up to the unit. Key box is at the door in the internal stairwell.

This is a gem of a property! The location cannot be beat (across from Patio restaurant). The unit was super clean, with a well stocked kitchen, brand new appliances, and an AC unit that kept the place cold as ice. The bedroom was just enough space, and the living room was perfect for two people. The only “issue” was with a single set of keys for the main door— we wish they had a key pad like some of the other units. Communication with the owners was smooth and near instant. We would gladly stay here again!

We had an amazing week in Ptown in part to this conveniently located and welcoming home.  Spacious layout and beautifully decorated. Air Conditioning worked perfectly and the fan in the bedroom was much appreciated. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious fridge to store snacks was perfect. Plenty of storage to unpack luggage for the week.  The couch was comfortable to relax and look out onto Commercial Street and the water. Unpacking the car, the parking lot half a block away permitted us to pull in for a few minutes to unpack after a friendly smile to the attendant. Leaving at 6am was easier before the traffic began on Commercial Street. We parked at a public lot nearby for the week.Homeowners were great at communication before and during the trip.  Answered inquiries immediately. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay in a beautiful home in such a prime location.

My family comes to P town every summer, but this year I decided to take a quick birthday getaway with friends instead. What drew me to this listing was the location. It is right on Commercial Street, and you really can't get any closer to the action.Parking was a bit inconvenient, and we ended up paying about 30–40 per day. That said, it's understandable given the location, but it's definitely something to keep in mind. We had to wake up early each morning to make sure we didn't get ticketed.The only downside was the size of the space. The listing suggests it can accommodate four people, but I don't think that's very realistic. It's essentially a studio apartment, and with four adults, it felt pretty cramped. Next time, I would definitely consider staying here for a couples getaway instead.Overall, its a lovely little apartment. The appliances were brand new, the bathroom was very clean (I especially loved the shower window), and the hosts communicated with me throughout our stay.
