We are a call or text away. Our job is to make your stay as seamless and as easy as possible! We will be sharing our cell phone numbers with you so you will never be put on hold or not taken care of! We are also small business owners so we know the importance of customer service!

Our job as hosts, we believe, is to be fanatical about customer service. We are a family of 5 with 3 kiddos:7, 6 and 3 (yes, we had a COVID baby) and when we travel with them, dear Lord, we know it is stressful! So, we make it our mission to ensure your stay is enjoyable and as stress free as possible. We are here if you need any suggestions of places to go with the kiddos (free or paid), help if you have any special requests (we will accommodate to the best of our abilities - we can’t get unicorns but we will surely try!) and anything else you may need.

We do like to emphasize however, we do NOT allow or condone any parties or events on our property. We love our amazing neighbors and they love us back and we work REALLY hard to keep it that way.

Well hey there! We just want to first thank you for looking into our property nestled in the North East corridor. This home is the perfect getaway to San Antonio if you're looking to be in a place where you experience Schlitterbahn, Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Military Bases and downtown.

This is a BRAND NEW home built in 2024 so everything you're getting is the look and feel of a brand new home!

Perfectly Positioned for Discovery:
While our neighborhood offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle, it doesn’t mean you’re far from the action. The strategic location provides easy access to a range of attractions without the crowds:

Randolph Brook Air Force Base: A short drive away, it's perfect for those visiting loved ones stationed at the base or aviation enthusiasts eager to explore.
San Antonio’s Must-See Attractions: Centrally located, our home is just a smooth drive from Sea World, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Fiesta Texas, and the rich cultural tapestry of downtown San Antonio. Dive into the heart of Texas culture and entertainment with ease.

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed with 1 Futon
Bedroom 3: 1 Twin over Full bunk bed with 1 Twin pull out bed
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed
Additional: 1 Twin over twin Day Bed in the Loft Roof

Amenities Galore:
In our home, we offer full home amenities catered again for large family and friend vacations like a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Electric stove oven, drinkware, food ware, and cookware. There are flat screen TV’s in the EVERY single bed room, the living room, and the loft upstairs. We have a ton of board games for all day family fun! And I hate that this is an “amenity” that we have to even mention it like its a perk, but, we WASH AND SANITIZE ALL linens (yes, even the comforters) after EVERY guest. We’d want that done for us and I think that is just a common courtesy- can I get an amen! A lot of AirBnB’s will not offer comforters, or most that do, they do not wash them in between guests because it will not give enough time in between back to back bookings for them to dry. We completely change out everything in between guests to ensure cleanliness!

Parking allowed for only UP TO 3 cars. Must park 2 in the driveway. Parking on the street is not allowed and may result in towing. Contact us for parking permit

Early check in option available on request based on availability for an additional fee.
3pm is $50
2pm is $75
1pm is $100
12pm is $125

However early check-in cannot be booked in advanced and can only be confirmed 24 hours prior to arrival purely based on availability, dependent on guests checking out at 11 am.
