The Space:

Step inside and you’ll find a modern interior styled with sleek blacks, greys, and whites accented by bold pops of red that give the home a fresh, contemporary feel. The living room welcomes you with a mounted smart TV and a comfortable L-shaped sofa with chaise—ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day of adventure. Sliding glass doors open to the screened-in pool area, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Outside, your private oasis features a refreshing plunge pool surrounded by greenery, a table for two with an umbrella for shaded morning coffee, and additional chairs for lounging. A privacy wall along the side and rear borders a grassy area, making the space feel peaceful and secluded.



Back inside, the kitchen is both stylish and functional with black granite countertops, medium wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient single-cup coffee maker. A built-in desk offers a handy spot to check plans for the day, while the island with seating for four invites casual breakfasts and conversation. Nearby, a dining table for six sets the stage for shared meals and memorable evenings together—making Sweet Retreat At Bella Vida a welcoming place to gather, relax, and make the most of your Florida getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is Harry Potter themed and includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.



Bedroom #2 is Star Wars themed and includes a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, a twin size bed, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 is Frozen themed and includes 2 twin size beds, a crib, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.

o The parking lot is available on both sides of the building. Parking area has unmarked spaces, available to guests on a first come first serve basis.

o Overflow parking on Marcello St and Cabello St. No parking on street.

• This home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets. Please note that there is an additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost and does not cover damages. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Miscellaneous Fee(s):

o Optional BBQ rental $95

o Pool heat $29/night. Full stay min, 48 hours heads up needed

• The home is equipped with two external security cameras. One monitors the front entry and one monitors the back entry. The back entry camera only monitors the back door. It does not monitor any activity in the pool area.

• Portable crib, high chair, stair gates, and crib provided.
