A breathtaking oceanfront studio w/ a private balcony

This stunning, bright, breezy oceanfront studio features a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The balcony is the perfect spot to capture amazing views of the sunrise and sunset.
This unit is on the 3rd floor of the North building with gorgeous views from the room. It is on the Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center, which is conveniently located near shops such as supermarket Publix, Walgreens, Marshall’s, Denny’s, Crab Knight and many other restaurants nearby. The best part is they are all within walking distance.

This studio is ideal for families or up to 4 guests. Adult guests must be at least 25 years old to book. We will require photo Id of the person booking and age and names for all guests. Children may stay with existing bedding although there are no cribs in the property. This is nonsmoking unit. Keeping the place clean is important to us. Please be respectful of this beautiful property and keep it clean. Guests are required to wash their own dishes and take out all their trash before checking out.

NOTE: ALL AMENITIES ARE CLOSED, will reopen again in the near future. Pool deck is closed. The amenities such as the gym, sauna and the pools temporarily closed after 2 major hurricanes. Will open again soon.

This is an ideal place for making beautiful memories with loved ones. Hope you make this a special experience for you.

Close to the beach!

Room was clean and spacious, communication was great with owner. I’ve stayed at this building before, prior to the storm damage to the pool area and look forward to staying again after it’s repaired.Even though the weather didn’t entirely cooperate, we had a great time!

Perfect location!

Close enough to the action but far enough away to be peaceful. Spectacular view overlooking pool and ocean. The place was clean with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of restaurants and Publix very close. Host was very quick to respond to questions and very pleasant to deal with. Everything was perfect! Thanks for sharing with us!

Absolutely amazing stay!!

This room was gorgeous, we’ve stayed in 1 and 2 bedroom condos before but the last few days of our extended stay we booked here in Daytona Beach and it was perfect! The view was gorgeous, and the room was squeaky clean and decorated so beautiful, the beds were SO soft, the resort is awesome, it has a bar plus a baby pool, an arcade and indoor pool. The best part was the Host!! The host was so kind and attentive. 10/10 WOULD recommend staying in this room! We will be staying again in the future.

Amazing Beach View

I went to Daytona Beach for a romantic getaway and this unit did not disappoint! The view of the beach is amazing. Moonlit night and sunrise morning like we were the only ones in the world in those moments. Stunning view of the sunrise. The unit is way more spacious than in the pics. Kitchenette was perfect and had the perfect amenities. Bathroom was spacious and well lit. I would love to stay in this unit on a regular basis. Perfectly located to stores and away from high traffic areas.

Beautiful View

I want to thank the host, he was very attentive to my questions, and went above and beyond. The view from the balcony is just awesome. There is more space in the room than the picture shows. Very nice and clean. I wish the pools were open, but were still closed due to the hurricanes last year. I would definitely stay there again. I would recommend you try this place out. You will Love it!!!

Misleading post-DO NOT RENT

I NEVER had issues with this site in the past. I will be very careful next time. You should be ashamed to add 14 photos to your listing that clearly are not recent and show the real view of the property and what you should expect while renting from you. You are very clearly trying to deceive people with your false advertisement of the condo. When you say breathtaking oceanfront view, maybe also add ALL POOLS ON PREMISES are non functional and 14 of my photos are no longer accurate!!!! SHAME ON YOU for being deceptive and taking peoples money!!!

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I’ve already disclosed everything on the message to you and listing as well. It is clearly indicated on the listing and even under the pictures the pools are temporarily closed. Yes there are damages from hurricane, and pools are closed, and private initial message to you was sent which indicated that. It is all disclosed and prices are low due to that. If you have read all the messages and listing details, you should see that. My prices are only for the unit not for any amenities which are closed. The pictures are from before the hurricane damages. They are there from before but mentioned below it pools are closed. The amenities will be repaired and will be accessible again when renovations gets scheduled. My prices are extremely low. My guest who rent this place for my oceanfront unit itself and beautiful beach, this is still worth the value. This place is in great location and all amenities will be open again in due time.

This place has everything you need to relax. Since everything you may need is nearby, may not even need a car. My favorite is the unbelievable view of the sunrise and sunset you get from the balcony of this suite.

The access to all the amenities of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center is perfect for families with kids. The amenities are all closed, awaiting renovation.

My personal experience in this property has been amazing. I love to just sit in our balcony to just hear the soothing sound ocean. It’s quite therapeutic. I remember once we spotted dolphins jumping in the ocean right from our balcony. My kids love to play in sand, my husband love to drive the golf carts over the packed sand, which you can’t do in many beaches. I love to just walk in packed sand early in the morning to catch the sunrise. The morning view is incredible.
