A breathtaking oceanfront studio w/ a private balcony

This stunning, bright, breezy oceanfront studio features a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The balcony is the perfect spot to capture amazing views of the sunrise and sunset.
This unit is on the 3rd floor of the North building with gorgeous views from the room. It is conveniently located near shops such as supermarket Publix, Walgreens, Marshall’s, Denny’s, Crab Knight and many other restaurants nearby. The best part is they are all within walking distance.

This studio is ideal for families or up to 4 guests. Adult guests must be at least 25 years old to book. We will require photo Id of the person booking and age and names for all guests. Children may stay with existing bedding although there are no cribs in the property. This is nonsmoking unit. Keeping the place clean is important to us. Please be respectful of this beautiful property and keep it clean. Guests are required to wash their own dishes and take out all their trash before checking out.

NOTE: There are some renovations going on due previous hurricane damages in the pool area and seawall. The pools were closed last year but some have reopened this spring 2026. The amenities such as the gym, sauna and the indoor pool and 1 outdoor pool has reopened! Other outdoor pools are in progress of being fixed .
