Located on the Gulf side of Sandestin Beach Resort, this 2 bedroom/2.5 bath villas in Beachwalk Villas has gorgeous lake views and is waking distance to the beautiful sugar sand beaches of the emerald coast.   You will enter through a private gated patio with seating for 4 and ample space to store your beach gear.     This charming villa is two stories with the kitchen, dining, living space and half bath downstairs.    The kitchen has all the utensils need to cook a full meal for nights when you want to stay in.     There is a breakfast bar with seating for two which opens up into the dining area.    The dining table has seating for 6.   Beyond the dining area you will find the living room with a huge sectional couch, large flat screen, and sliding glass doors which provide calming views of the lake.   The sliding glass doors lead out onto the patio with a table and chairs for enjoying morning coffee or just relaxing after a long day at the beach.   Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom with tub shower combo.   This bedroom has huge window with incredible lake views.    The second bedroom has two twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.   

The condo has a washer and dryer inside the unit.

Here you will be in the heart of casual and fine dining, exciting nightlife, great shopping, and for the kids there are rides, arcades, ropes and adventure courses. Finish your night with one of the many planned events…firework displays, outdoor concerts, or a movie on the lawn. A romantic evening of stargazing, dining, and dancing can be yours aboard the SOLARIS Dinner Cruise.
For the sports enthusiast, Sandestin boasts three award winning golf courses open to the public designed by Tom Jackson and Robert Trent Jones, Jr. Stroll over to the Baytowne Marina to find your perfect rental for a day on the water: Wave Runners,

A starter pack of amenities is provided in each condo: 1 roll of toilet paper and small starter soaps per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, starter set of laundry and dishwasher detergent, and 1-2 garbage bags per trash receptacle. For sanitary reasons, in-tub bathmats are not provided.
