Our family has been coming to Boca Grande for 30 years and this was by far one of our favorite places we have stayed on the island! Host was amazing and home was impeccable with all the essentials we needed to build memories this year with our family. We took advantage of the boat lift, which made it easier to fish throughout the day and visit the sandbars when we wanted. We can’t wait to come back and will share this location with all our friends and family for their upcoming stay as well.

This property was fantastic is so many ways. The condo was completely renovated. The overall style is beautiful and functional. My family (2 adults and 3 boys) had a terrific experience. The views from the front and back of the property are both amazing! The property owners, Teresa and Kim were extremely helpful and attentive. Very much looking forward to returning to Boca North!

This was by far the nicest condo we’ve stayed in at Boca grande north (been going there since 1987). Everything was done to perfection..the layout and the decor were top notch. The owners thought of everything which helped make our stay perfect!! The boat slip and lift made getting on and off the water so easy and we had wonderful days boating and fishing. We then came back to the most relaxed home to cook dinners and spend time with our family. And, the sunrises and sunsets from each porch were spectacular. Thank you to our host, Kim, for answering all of my questions and making our week’s stay wonderful!! We can’t wait to come back!!

We had an amazing stay at this Boca Grande rental. The home is beautifully decorated with a relaxed coastal feel, and the artwork throughout really makes it special.Everything was incredibly comfortable, especially the living spaces and beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed with another family (four adults and four kids), and the layout worked perfectly for everyone.The boat slip was a great bonus and very easy to use. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the owner was excellent.We would absolutely stay here again! Such a great find in Boca Grande.

This home was perfect. Everything was clean and brand new. The location was ideal for us. The check-in was flawless. They left snacks for our stay and the parking pass was key!The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee and pods. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous! The washer and dryer was so convenient. We also loved the 2 screened porches to watch the sunrise and the sunset. The unit is so convenient to the pool and tennis court and they had everything we needed for our beach day including 2 beach umbrellas, chairs and towels! This was hands down one of the best homes we've ever booked and will definitely be back!

This condo was amazing! The interior is beautiful and it has everything you could need!Our family had plenty of room, and we have three full grown boys. The dock and boat lift are super convenient… You do not need to leave the island once you get there.The host is very proactive and communicates before you even need to reach out. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach getaway in a luxury condo with water access.

What an AMAZING stay we had at this slice of heaven! My daughter, granddaughter, and I came to Boca Grande for a girls’ long weekend. From the high-end finishes and décor to the incredible views, Kim’s place did not disappoint. This is coming from someone (me) who is very particular about rentals and researches every available option before committing to one. So much love and attention went into restoring this unit after Hurricane Ian came through. Everything was fresh, crisp and very clean – like brand new construction. My granddaughter referred to the unit as “the pretty house.” We had a blast hanging out in the unit watching movies, cooking, playing board games, swimming in the beautiful pool, relaxing and eating popsicles on the decks, and taking morning walks on the dock to the marina. We loved watching the boats come in and out. I’ve never been much of a boat person but having access to a boat slip may change my mind about boating. I highly recommend renting a golf cart while there. We decided to rent one and loved exploring Boca Grande on it. Riding around on the designated cart paths with the ocean breeze was so refreshing and so much fun! Thank you to Kim, the owner, for being so communicative with details, information, and tips about the unit and Boca Grande. We had ZERO issues with the unit – probably because Kim had thought of everything. We will DEFINITELY be coming back and staying ONLY at this unit!
