Cozy 1-bedroom cabin in perfect Nags Head with AC

This beautiful large gazebo is detached from our home but is accessed via the back porch and deck. Plenty of windows overlook the trees and pond. Inside find this eclectic haven for the wandering soul with hanging bed and 2 foot deep tub. Find us on "FB" under "Treehouse Gazebo."

The space
Eclectic is an understatement. One of a kind indoor modern out-house and cattle trough tub. Enjoy privacy overlooking a large yard and access the deck to cook out, read, relax or just soak in some sun. It's a trip back in time but with modern amenities. The suspended bed is super comfortable and all of this is found in one room nestled among the trees just a few blocks from the beach or a short walk to the Nags Head Woods Preserve forest.

****Note**** Bed is Full Size (54x75) this may not be comfortable for those fortunate enough to be over 6 foot tall.

A mini fridge, oven toaster, microwave oven, and Keurig single brew coffemaker are available for your convenience, there are also USB charger ports at bedside. There is a blu-ray dvd player, 12 ft. HDMI cord, iron, ironing board, blow dryer and first aid kit provided. There is also a broom and dustpan. A drying rack is provided for your wet bathing suits, you may set it up outside or over the tub. Cable for the TV is on the SPECTRUM app as there is no longer a cable box. You may also use NETFLIX under "Treehouse guest" profile and we want you to enjoy this unique experience, so if you have any special requests or recommendations, we would love to know.

YARD & POND SITTING AREA
Access the large yard, the pond and entertaining area, grill out or sit and watch the stars. In-ground fire pit will warm you on those cool nights and wood can be found by finding sticks and twigs on the property along with some stacked fire wood next to the fence.

ANOTHER SHOWER
Whether you just came back from the beach and need to rinse the sand off, or you enjoy a hot shower on a cold day, the outdoor privacy shower provides a hot steamy experience while fresh air abounds. You can enter from the base of the stairs next to the luggage lift. Doors on both ends lock and next to the innermost door is a switch for radiant heat lamps. Additional lighting for the shower is on an outside switch to the left of the main shower door next to the foot washing shower head. (this shower shares the home hot water so please be kind and make it quick - but remember you can always enjoy the endless hot water in your in-room shower & bath.

GETTING AROUND
Bikes are available but are not equipped for night riding. Please use at your own risk. We are centrally located and within walking distance to many great spots:

Nags Head Woods Park - 100's of acres just behind the house. Walk around the circle and take the concrete path to the soccer field and go straight behind it. Be sure to take a GPS or good map for safety.

GRILL
A charcoal grill is located right outside the gazebo and is for your use. Remember to grab a bag of charcoal and some disposable supplies. A fire extinguisher is also provided and is located beside the indoor out house beside the shower.
