Cottage Studio rénové avec charme avec accès facile à la plage!

Des vacances plus simples. Le bruit de la porte moustiquaire se fermant derrière vous, l'odeur de la mer dans l'air et la sensation vintage de Old School Nags Head. Si vous avez déjà dit: "Rappelez-vous quand", alors ce chalet des années 50 est pour vous! Rénové conformément au charme classique de Nags Head, tout en prêtant attention au confort des créatures.

L'un des deux chalets sur place, Kemp et Olive Cottage est l'un des quelques courts de chalets existant encore à Nags Head.

Un studio, avec une cuisine bien aménagée, WIFI, câble, mini système split pour une chaleur et une climatisation merveilleuses, un canapé-lit, une douche extérieure. Le linge de maison et le ménage sont inclus dans le tarif. Situé sur Beach Road et à quelques pas d'un bel accès à la plage sur Grouse Street.

The property was perfect for my wife and I to have a nice short weekend trip to OBX. The property being located walking distance to the beach was perfect. We did not bring our pup this time, but would definitely come back again with her to enjoy it!

Great small cottage for a week trip with a couple small dogs. The beach is directly across the street. You can walk to a couple restaurants and located many other drivable options. This was our 3rd time staying at the property and couldn't recommend it more.

This was exactly as pictured and described. A tiny, adorable, clean, safe little house. Bed was comfy with a few different pillow options. The kitchen had the necessary items to make meals. Great coffee machine! We made some amazing steaks on the outdoor, park style grill. There is a small yard to take your dog to potty. The TV swivels to be able to watch comfortablely from the couch or the bed. The beach access is literally right across the street and the beach is dog friendly. My only recommendation (that wasn't listed by the owner) would be to bring a kitchen towel and cloth if you spend a lot of time in the kitchen and to bring something to step on (a mat or extra towel) for when you get out of the shower. WThis place was perfect for our needs!

This was a great little place to stay!

We had a lovely time. Close access to beach, had both our dogs with us and the proximity was close to all the fun things in the area.

The cottage felt big enough for an efficiency and had all we needed. It was charming and clean. The location was so convenient to beach. Just across the street. Also close to a lot of great restaurants and shops. Would be great if a little gate on porch so dog could sit out there with us. Liked the rockers on the porch. My only complaint was that they were doing construction in cottage next door which was sometimes noisy and less private. It would have been nice to be informed.

The bungalow is nicely appointed. It is clean and offered us what we needed. The fact it sits right on Route 12, please note if you’re a light sleeper the traffic may be a nuisance. Take earplugs. It is nicely located for so many places to eat, state parks, lighthouses, and more.

A Sweet Little Cottage

We absolutely loved this cottage! It was exactly as pictured and perfect for our stay. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The best part, it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach!Communication with the host was also top notch. Cleaniness was great as well.

Perfect for a quick no frills getaway

This property is fantastic. Exactly as advertised a small cottage just across the street from the beach. Full well appointed kitchen, small eating table, and a nice roomy sitting area. Great for two adults and a couple of dogs.

Very relaxing.

My husband, little dog, Sparky and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Our cottage was beautiful and very comfortable. Our host was very accommodating and had great communication. I would highly recommend.

Super Cute Cottage

This one room cottage is cute and in a great location with close beach access. Storage is limited so pack lightly, but the sitting area has seating options and the kitchen has all the basics. For my husband and I and our rescue hound it was a great space to crash after exploring the outer banks and chillin' on the beach.
