Fabulous Prime Location. We bought this Morningside Townhome recently because the beauty and peacefulness of Lake Placid is endless and the superior location of this townhome. It was recently renovated with Adirondack style furnishings and new upscale bedding. You will be one block away from Mirror Lake Beach, next to the Golf Course, and close walking distance to Downtown. For triathletes, you are two blocks from the Oval Rink and training is right outside your doorstep. The Lake Placid Horse Show Grounds are less than two miles down the road. For Ski lovers, Whiteface Mountain is 9 miles away & Mt. Van Hoevenberg for Cross Country Skiing is 6 miles. The Moose Lodge provides you with a cozy and welcoming retreat where you can relax and unwind after a day of adventures. You can make a home cooked meal or go out to a fine dining experience at one of the many Lake Placid restaurants. This 3-bedroom townhome is the perfect blend of comfort with one king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed, making it ideal for families or groups. Each bedroom has a 48" HD TV & the Living Room has an incredible 75" HD TV with "Elmer the Moose" hanging in the Living Room. The two bathrooms include an excellent jetted bathtub, and climate control keeps the space cozy year-round. We welcome dogs at $25/night/pet. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome.

Amazing place to stay! It was in a quiet tucked away area yet close to it all. The house was decorated so cute with so m at great details. The house was also stocked with anything you might need. The host was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. I didn’t want to leave.

Property was clean, spacious, and with plenty of helpful amenities. The host, Ray, provided helpful information prior to arrival and assisted as needed during our stay. They also provided a helpful map on the refrigerator that showed how to quickly get into town for visiting the main attractions.

This lovely condo is beautifully furnished and the decor is outstanding. It is just perfect for a stay in the Adirondacks. The location is great and allows you to walk to anywhere in town. If you get a chance to vacation here in Lake Placid, grab it!

Dog friendly large townhouse with space to spread out, two full baths and a well-equipped kitchen. Quiet, woodsy surroundings but close enough to town to walk to events, restaurants, and shops. Our group included grandparents, parents, two kids and a dog.

My husband and I traveled with our daughter, son in law and two grand daughters, 3 & 6 mos.The Moose Lodge was very clean and the decor is an elevated Adirondack theme throughout with comfortable beds and couches. The place has tvs in each setting. You have the option of watching sports and disney simultaneously.The downstairs bath has a tub with jets which was handy right off the kitchen. It brought bath time to another level for our 3 yr old. The upstairs bath is spacious with double sinks. Great water pressure. Bedrooms are comfortable and the balcony upstairs is great to sip coffee on in the morning.We were thrilled to see a baby gate in the downstairs closet. The open concept from the well equipped kitchen, to dining, to living room was perfect for us. We found some board games stored in the ottoman. The laundry room with two dryers made life simpler. There is a back patio with grill. We used the grill. It did the job.The neighborhood was quiet and away from busy streets but in walking distance to the beach and Mirror Lake. We loved the location.We hiked, walked around Mirror Lake, watched a parade, shopped downtown, hit a playground and a brewery or two. The area is beautiful and family & pet friendly. Plenty to see and do.We traveled for the 4th. So to cap it off we viewed the fireworks from the front lawn. It was a pleasure to meet our super hostsRachel and Richard.Thank you Moose Lodge for the memories. We had a great time and hope to return!

The guest and her family were wonderful to host. They left the home perfectly like it was their own and enjoyed all of Lake Placid. We are looking forward to hopefully hosting them again at the Moose Lodge in the future!

the property was precisely as described. Very clean and we walked to everything we wanted in Lake Placid--Main Street--all the Olympic facilities, and easy drive to several markets to purchase food. The town-home was well equipped for our cooking every day (3 meals per day). My Labrador had a wonderful time exercising on the steps and of course on numerous walks in the snow. This house was rated as a 10 and should be. Wonderful experience. You will enjoy your time and the hosts are endlessly helpful and cooperatie.

We're originally from the Northeast and have spent a significant amount of time in Lake Placid over the past 20 years. We competed many times in the Ironman, there is no better location, and we fell in love with Lake Placid!
It is truly a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts. There is something to do year-round in Lake Placid from skiing, to hiking, to biking, to swimming, to running, and so much more. We have two Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs, and Lake Placid is their favorite place on Earth...ours too!

There is no better location! The townhouse is a 4-minute walk to Mirror Lake Beach and the downtown area. The townhouse has amazing window views, high ceilings, and has been renovated with high-end furnishing and updates. It is the perfect Adirondack retreat!
