Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.

Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. There is absolutely no smoking at this property inside or outside of the home.

This place is amazing. But if you’re going to stay here book it through Vacasa. You’ll save 500. Vrbo is just a middle man that’s takes a ridiculous chunk just to send you to vacasa. Do yourself a favor and cut out Vrbo. The cabin is amazing and location is great!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful place

We stayed 5 wonderful nights in this house. The house is lovely, very well equipped and appointed. The house is centrally located and was easy to get to the best of South Lake, from Emerald Bay to Sand Beach. We will definitely stay here on a future trip to Tahoe!

Beautiful Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is stunning and provides lots of privacy with two bedrooms downstairs and master upstairs. Beautifully updated bathrooms and kitchen, while keeping the tahoe cabin feel. Located close to the lake and stocked full of extra towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, cooking utensils, etc.

Stayed here for 3 days during the Celebrity Golf Tourny in July 2024. 6 adults total. House was even better than the pictures! Great kitchen & everyone had a great time! Would highly recommend!

While the home does not currently have air conditioning in that area, we are exploring options to improve the cooling situation for our guests. Luxury Home and Great location in South Lake Tahoe

5 minutes from the action with a serene private mountain home to come back to. The home is big and well furnished with a split level design perfect for privacy. Amazing large deck with fire table to enjoy the forest. With the property positioned around massive rocks boulders and huge trees you really feel like you're alone in the woods but with the convenience of a beautiful neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. 5 stars.

Stunning Home!

This home is absolutely stunning! The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are so comfortable! The homeowner provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Every full bathroom has a blow dryer. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view of the trees is beautiful! Access to the four car garage was very much appreciated. If this home is available, rent it! Thank you for hosting us!

We loved our stay!

We went to Tahoe for Christmas to New Years and had an amazing time! This home is located only a mile or two from Stateline where all the shops are in Heavenly Village. We enjoyed the kitchen the most. Each night we cooked a gourmet meal - every kitchen implement you can think of is in the kitchen to cook. Safeway is up the street so it was easy to pick up a couple items. We put together 4 puzzles one night as it was snowing outside. The steam shower in the master bedroom is amazing and easy to use. We were there when they got 6 feet of snow and luckily there is a snow plow in the garage and the street is also plowed by a company and they came by several times to plow the streets. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back and looking to stay in this home during the summer.
