The space
When you walk into the condo you at met with an amazing view of Lake Winnipesaukee. The updated open condo floor plan provides dining, relaxing, playing and cooking all in the same area so you can spend quality time with your family and friends. Off that area you have your choice of three bedrooms and two full baths.
Beds are all ready for you with clean comfortable linens and there are plenty of fresh towels in each bathroom.
There is a large smart TV with streaming and gaming options in the living room.
The master bedroom has a full bathroom, large TV, personal climate control, large closet, stand up dresser, side tables with multiple plug options and a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding mountains.
The large guest bedroom has a full and a single bed providing comfortable sleeping for three people. There is a large closet, side table with multiple plug in options, dresser and you also have your own climate control.
The third bedroom has a bunkbed with a full mattress on the bottom and a single on top providing comfortable sleeping for three people. This room also has a large closet, nightstand, dresser and own heat thermostat.
The deck offers a wonderful place to drink your coffee in the morning while watching the sun come up over the mountains and lake. You can also watch fireworks many nights throughout the year.
All the resorts style amenities outside of the unit are also yours to enjoy. We have a seasonal saltwater pool, tennis/pickle ball court, playground, and BBQ area with grills and tables.

Guest access
Welcome, you have full access the entire condo.
You are welcome to enjoy our resorts style shared amenities including a large saltwater seasonal outdoor pool, a playground, a BBQ area with grills, tables and chairs, and an on-site coin operated laundry facility.
You can park your vehicle in any available parking space. Trailers are not permitted to park in parking lot but we do have a special place they are permitted to park. Trailer parking for snowmobiles, motorcycle, boats and wave runners can be accessed via Doe Ave from Tower Street on a first come, first serve basis.
There is also an open access point behind the pool and playground area that will allow you to walk down to Weirs Beach Boardwalk.

Other things to note
- No Smoking or vaping in the unit or within 25 feet of the common areas (stairwells, tennis courts, playground, pool area, or grilling area). Also, the hallway smoke detectors are very sensitive and can be triggered by cooking smoke. To vent cooking smoke please don't open the unit front door. If needed, please open unit sliding door and windows.
