Our experience at this house was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable, especially traveling with a child. When we arrived, the house was dirty and clearly not prepared for guests. There were cockroaches inside the house, trash left around, the beds were unmade, and there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the property. The condition of the home made us very uncomfortable, and it felt unsafe and unhealthy for our kid.What made the experience even worse was the host’s behavior. When we contacted her about the issues, she was rude, yelled at us, and offered no real help or solutions, her name was Nikki. Instead of trying to fix the situation or show concern, she was completely unprofessional and dismissive.We paid expecting a clean and safe place to stay, and this was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families traveling with children.

As a result, we took appropriate action regarding the employee involved, who is no longer with our company. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the home upon your arrival, as well as for the interaction you experienced when reaching out for assistance. Every guest deserves to be treated with respect and to arrive at a clean, welcoming property, and we regret that we fell short in your case. Since your stay, we have strengthened our quality control and inspection processes to help ensure situations like this do not happen again. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us improve. We again extend our sincere apologies and wish you and your family all the best in your future travels.
