More private moments spent under the sun can be enjoyed on the condo's balcony, equipped with a table and chairs. Inside, hardwood flooring, nautical mementos, and comfortable furnishings await! The well-equipped kitchen provides a great space to brew your morning cups and prepare tasty treats. Smart TVs are available in both the living room and primary bedroom. When you aren't catching up on your favorite show, engage in some playful competition over one of the provided board games. Additional interior amenities you'll adore include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and of course, internet access! Popular attractions like Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Ocean City Boardwalk, Northside Park, the Art League of Ocean City, and numerous restaurants, breweries, and locally owned shops are all within quick driving distance. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great property, worked well our family of four with a 10 and 5 year old. Very close to the amusement park and only a short drive to the boardwalk/beach.

Excellent location on a canal with a beautiful view. Close to everything we needed. Would stay here again. Very reasonable price for peak season during the summer.

Location was excellent. Unfortunately I ran into a lot of issues and comfort level was not up to par. Master room was not clean with open can of beer behind nightstand. Carpet in both rooms felt damp and they need deep cleaned. Master bathroom did not have cold water and handles were broken. Host said this would be addressed but no one came to fix. Host did offer house cleaning but I feel like that should have been addressed with whoever the cleaning company they're using before arrival.Humidity in the house was constantly above 70. For some reason the Central air doesnt allow you to go below 75 after a certain time...Nights were very hot. With the high summer temps and humidity being over 70 constantly...sleeping was rough. The beds are very uncomfortable and squeaky. Other than that its a great location in a great neighborhood.
