The Space:

You can fill your days with surfing, beachcombing, and other coastal amusements at this first-floor condo (walk-up, no elevator) in Sea Place, enviably located on the ocean block at 36th Street. Stroll one building down to the beach each morning and be greeted back in the afternoons by a shaded balcony. Sea Place boasts an ideal setting in midtown Ocean City, only steps from the ocean itself and half a mile from the northern end of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk. Within a one-mile stroll, you'll find the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Splash Mountain Water Park, and all sorts of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and services. The condo has been thoughtfully designed to maximize space and sunlight, offering wide glass doors that lead from the living room to the south-facing balcony. Highlights include a smart TV and Roku in the living room, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, and such home conveniences as high-speed WiFi and an ironing board. When you're not dining out, enjoy a well-equipped kitchen (including a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster) and dining space. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials. There is no washer/dryer. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Perfect Location

Our stay was perfect. The condo was clean and ready for guests. You can’t beat the distance to the beach- you’re there in less than a minute. Also in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops, but not to close to the busy boardwalk. Can’t wait to stay here again!

What we ecpected

Apt meet our expectations. Only issue was quirky, fussy a/c unit in bedroom. Kept resetting to heat so overnights were stuffy.

Great location

This rental is steps away from the beach. It is right near public beach access so getting to the beach takes minutes. The parking lot is spacious and we were able to park right near the unit. The couch/pull out, chairs, and mattress all seemed new. We had some complaints about cleanliness and the Vacasa team resolved our issues. There is no place to leave a beach cart/chairs outside overnight. You cannot leave them outside near your door. This wasn’t a problem for us since we just stored them in our car. You only get 4 bath towels so consider bringing some from home.
