Escape to Sea Colony's Tennis Community in this second floor 2-bedroom (with den and loft), 3-bath garden-style condo! Featuring a large wrap around screened porch, this resort retreat's main level offers a living and dining room, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. The loft is home to a full bathroom of its own! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs, 5 DVDs, Blu-ray, Keurig, XBox 360, Wii and Wifi.



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The property was very cute, clean,and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. When we got there the lights lining the stairway were not working. I reported that to the property manager, and the issue was resolved. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Lovely stay!

The unit was quite comfortable for the 6 of us and the kitchen was well appointed. The tram runs regularly so being further away from the beach wasn’t bad. The primary bathroom was amazing and the beds were all comfortable.

Great location- private beach and many amenities. Extremely nice and helpful people everywhere, didn’t know people can be that nice after living in NYC for 25 years.

Very nice rental. Wish they would have provided tissues, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. overall it was a beautiful rental and I would consider staying there again

Great Home!

We spent two nights at the condo. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament, 3 moms and 3 boys. Plenty of space for everyone. The trolly stop outside the condo was great, about 10 minutes to the beach...very quick in early June, not sure how it would be in the summer. It was our first time in Sea Colony, we didn't use most of the amenities, but it seemed like there were a lot. There were shops and restaurants close by. The condo was clean and we would definitely recommend!
