The Space:

Bright, beautiful, and just four miles from Bethany Beach, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome is waiting to provide your group with the vacation memories you deserve! On the ground level, you’ll find an open floor plan filled with comfortable furniture and attractive decor. There is a full kitchen equipped with all the appliances and counter space you'll need, a dining table with seating for six, and a breakfast bar with two barstools. The living area is perfect for catching up with old friends and planning your days in the sun. There is a primary bedroom suite on this floor as well. Upstairs, you’ll find a lofted entertainment area with a well-equipped bar, a wall-mounted TV with Bose surround sound speakers, and plenty of comfortable seating. An added feature is that the TV is Bluetooth-enabled so you can listen to your favorite tunes using your personal device while you chill out after an adventurous day. This level also features the other two bedrooms and has a sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. There are two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and another in the garage. The townhome is conveniently located a short four-minute walk to the South Clubhouse with tennis courts and about a 10-minute walk to the North Clubhouse and Pool. Bishop's Landing features an outdoor pool, a clubhouse, a fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball, a summer beach shuttle, walking trails, and catch-and-release fishing. The HOA requires a resort fee to be paid that is included in the cost of your reservation and will be made on your behalf. The cost for 2026 is $125. THINGS TO KNOW Key fobs are required to access the amenities. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Wonderful Stay!

House had a really nice, fresh feeling and felt comfortable from the start! Great location with delicious places to eat nearby and nic3 home base for exploring. Slept great and can't wait to get back!

Family Getaway

Beautiful place! All the extras were wonderful! Especially the pool and shuttle service to the beach. Finding a parking spot downtown is miserable since most side streets are for the residents that stay there. The shuttle service is a “peace of mind”. The drivers were friendly and so accommodating.

Clean but some things didn’t work and were not included

The property was beautiful and clean. False advertising - no bikes, nothing to take to the beach like chairs or umbrella. Grill does not work and was disappointing as we bought steaks to make. The shade in the kitchen by the table did not work either.

The property is great . Clean , well stocked with home essentials such as paper towels etc . The location is great for several beaches and restaurants. The house was very clean ! Unfortunately the communication is horrible . This is not rented directly with Vrbo . It goes through vacasa . We had an issue that we needed rectified on our second day . We booked 7 people , were allowed 10 . At last moment brought another guest and did not have a pool pass . Called to have it rectified and they did not. Still never heard back from vacasa or the owner . We had a week stay . If you like dealing direct with the owner this is not the place to rent
