Beautiful property, delightful vacation

We had a fantastic time. I was our first trip to Bethany. It was a lovely town. The property was comfortable, clean, steps to the beach and felt safe. Great vacation spot for quiet and relaxation!

Lovely peaceful vacation home

Lovely home, tastefully decorated . Very clean , amenities filled. My family didn’t want to leave! We would love to book this condo again. Only items you need to bring are toiletries, beach chairs, beach towels and toys . Wonderful stay

Lovely place with excellent kitchen. Well equipped. Beds comfortable. Floor wasn’t clean, shower curtain old and stained but otherwise place had lots of extra pillows, great bedrooms, lovely kitchen.

We’ve stayed in quite a few units at Sea Colony and this unit was by far the best so far. Cleanliness was top notch, the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need, beds and couch were very comfortable. There was even extra laundry detergent and first aid supplies if you didn’t have your own. When we’ve rented from others before we never could really get comfortable like we were home, but here we felt like we were home! The owners have done a fantastic job thinking about everything in their rental property and can’t wait to rent this same unit again next year!

Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. Updated decor.

Great place with lots of space and storage. Had everything we needed. Full size washer/dryer. Drying racks for wet suits and towels. BIG tv which the kids loved. Comfortable couch and beds. The only negative was while the condo looked clean at first glance there was allot that the cleaning crew missed (under beds and furniture). Nothing that can’t be remedied. Overall, one of the nicest condos we’ve rented in sea colony east. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Everything but a colander.

The condo had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils. The unit had leftover spices, dish towels and basic necessities. The space was comfortable for 4 of us and an easy walk to pools, beach and Bethany boardwalk. My only complaint is that there was no colander for large pots of pasta and the lights from the garden view penetrate the blinds in the master bedroom. Black out shades in there would have made the place perfect. Really, it's a great space and location. Enjoy!

Great property for family with teenagers.

Each teen had a queen size bed (together in one room) and parents had an extraordinarily comfy king size bed in master. Very thoughtfully equipped with cleaning supplies, oils, spices, coffee filters, etc. Nice touches throughout (lots of books to read, beach chairs, etc) and “everything you need” in terms of the well-equipped kitchen. I liked the sleek modern decor better than the usual floral/cottage themes in other rentals. Only downside was the view but that is reflected in the very competitive price. Great price for a unit steps away from the beach. Also great that it’s in Annapolis House, which is the closest condo to downtown Bethany. The landlord takes extra good care of this place. We would definitely choose this unit again.

Best Condo at Sea Colony

We have been coming to Sea Colony for 11 years and by far this was the best condo yet! The condo itself was decorated beautifully with top-notch state of the art appliances, comfortable beds, tons of storage space and everything was so up-to-date and in great condition. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness. I am a clean freak and had my cleaning supplies ready to clean when I stepped into the condo. This was the first time in 11 years I didn't have to clean a THING! Everything was spotless including under beds, corners and inside of the cabinets, pantries and drawers. I am so happy with Vacasa. We will be back for sure! Thank you!!!!!

Super clean and fully stocked condo!

We stayed in this unit for 5 days during spring break. The location was great since its right on the beach. It was about a 5-10 min walk to downtown Bethany and there's a CVS and Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the place looked and smelled. The couch and beds were roomy and comfy. The unit was fully stocked with kitchenware that was all clean, Meyer's hand soap in all bathrooms and in the kitchen, cleaning products, plenty of extra towels and pillows, books, puzzles, and games. We didn't use any of the Sea Colony amenities while we were there. There are a few negatives that I would mention. 1) It took us a while to find the assigned parking spot because the parking isn't labeled in chronological order. 2) We had issues with the left side of the living room TV flickering, the volume controls not always working, and the TV occasionally resetting. 3) The bathrooms could use some updating. The shower in the hall bath is really tiny because it's a corner standing shower reminiscent of a shower on a cruise ship. 4) The blinds in the front room with the 2 queen beds need to be replaced. 5) While it was nice that the beds were made and towels put out, I would prefer that the sheets and towels still be wrapped up in plastic so I know they're clean, but that's just a personal preference. 6) There was a filtered water dispenser inside the fridge, but it didn't work. 7) There wasn't an extra roll of paper towel provided, which was fine because we brought some, but most rentals usually provide an unopened roll. 8) We tried to do Door Dash, but we couldn't figure out the delivery address for the unit. Most of these negatives were minor and didn't take away from the great time we had. Overall we really liked this condo and would definitely rent it again.
