Our townhome is accurately listed as a two-bedroom property, and guests are responsible for reviewing the listing details, including the layout and stairs, before booking to ensure the accommodations meet their needs. We fully respect guests of all ages; however, the property’s layout and features are disclosed in advance and may not be suitable for everyone. We take cleanliness, comfort, and guest safety seriously. Had specific concerns been brought to our attention during the stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them appropriately. We are also concerned that this review appears to have been posted in the context of a refund dispute. We understand that not every guest will find our property suitable, but we believe reviews should provide a fair and accurate account of the actual experience rather than serve as a means of expressing frustration over a refund request. We work hard to maintain our property and provide guests with an accurate listing and a reasonable accommodation. We understand how frustrating and concerning it must have been to experience delayed communication, uncertainty regarding access, and a property that was not fully prepared upon arrival. We took your concerns very seriously and have since corrected all of the issues mentioned. Our check-in communication process has been updated, guest access procedures have been improved, and we have replaced and retrained our cleaning and property-support team. We have also added a final inspection before every arrival to ensure the property is clean, fully prepared, and ready before check-in. The individual who assisted with access was an authorized property representative, but we recognize that this was not communicated clearly and caused understandable concern. We have now improved our identification and guest-verification procedures to prevent this confusion in the future. We regret that we did not meet expectations during your stay. Your feedback helped us identify important areas for improvement, and all necessary repairs, cleaning, communication, and operational issues have now been addressed.

Renovation and repair work has been completed, the property has been professionally cleaned and treated by pest control, and our housekeeping procedures have been improved to ensure all bedding is placed properly and every bathroom is fully stocked before check-in. We have also strengthened our exterior monitoring and security procedures to help prevent unauthorized individuals from remaining near the property. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that this review was posted after the refund request was initially denied in accordance with our cancellation policy. In our view, the review appears to have been written in retaliation to that decision. Despite the policy terms, we ultimately made an exception and issued a full refund. We would also like future guests to know that we have weekly pest control service provided by a highly reputable company in the Tampa area. Additionally, we have addressed the concerns raised and made further improvements to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests. We remain committed to maintaining high standards.
