Ground Level: Covered parking plus shared driveway accommodates 2 vehicles, size dependent. Private outdoor hot shower. Just steps to sound side access right across the street. Community swimming pool, community beach access.



Level 2:

Kitchen: natural light, quartz counters, stainless steel refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel farmhouse sink. Seating for 6 at the kitchen table. H

Living Room: loads of natural light, double sofas, workspace, wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan.

Half bath with washer and dryer.

Door to covered porch with Adirondak chairs and intracoastal views.



Level 3:

Loft: queen mattress with direct intracoastal view from window

Guest Bedroom: queen bed, twin/twin bunk bed, dresser, wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan.

Guest bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity with quartz top, toilet.

Primary Bedroom Suite: King bed, dresser, ceiling fan. Intracoastal views from both bedroom windows

Primary Ensuite Bath: walk-in shower, single vanity with quartz top, toilet.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.



Rental Policies: In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. Things to bring: Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure: Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm Check-out is by 10 am. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.



Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed.



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.





We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Things To Do on Topsail Island

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’,” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers, including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid-back and family-friendly things to do on Topsail. Getting Around:

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family-friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intracoastal Waterway.
