This 2 Bedroom Modern suite with amazing views, is just steps away from Vancouver’s Fine Dinning Restaurants, Gastown, Bars, Shopping, Movie theatre, Rogers Arena, BC place, Parks, Mall, transit.

This clean and comfortable space includes high speed internet, tastefully designed and filled with nice furniture including a full kitchen to cook. There is also a washer and dryer for longer stays.

There is 1 parking stall in the garage which is free to use for the duration of your stay.
Parking Instructions:

If you require parking, you will need to go up to the unit first and get one of the key fobs on the counter in order to access the parkade. The parking spot is #275 in P2 underground parking. The parkade entrance is at the corner of Abbott Street and Expo Blvd.
Make sure you go inside the parkade and look for the ramp going down behind the gate. You can open the parkade doors using the #2 button on the key fob (colored red).

Once you open the gate, go down the ramp, turn right, and go down another ramp to go down to the 2nd level of the underground parkade. Follow the road until you get to the very far back wall of the parkade, the spot is along the back wall, #275. My neighbor`s car is a silver VW Golf. The spot might be a bit tight so be careful when you`re parking.

Additional parking if needed: there is paid parking available in the public portion of the parkade (outside of the gates to resident parking), otherwise, there are also a few public paid parkades within a couple of blocks of the building

Gym and Pool:

The Gym and the Pool are located on the 3rd floor in the same tower. You will need the key fob to access both the gym and the pool.

TV and entertainment:

press the home button (one with the house symbol) on the white Google Chromecast remote to turn on the TV and the soundbar. Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus subscription are included. Please use the guest profiles on the app`s when available.

Before you leave, if you could kindly place all used towels in the bathroom and place any used dishes in the sink or dishwasher, it would be greatly appreciated.
