Welcome to your Royal Oak home away from home. This centrally located 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is a comfortable and convenient stay for families, work trips, relocation stays, medical visits, and longer stays in the metro Detroit area.

The home is just minutes from Woodward Avenue, downtown Royal Oak, Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak, the Detroit Zoo, downtown Birmingham, and an easy drive to downtown Detroit.

Inside, guests will find two comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, family friendly amenities, and a finished basement with additional seating, a workspace desk, laundry area, and ping pong table.

The main level includes a cozy living room, kitchen, dining area, and a convenient half bathroom near the kitchen and mudroom area. The finished basement gives everyone a little extra room to spread out, whether you want to relax, work remotely, watch a movie, or enjoy a game of ping pong.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs.

Bedroom 1 features a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and TV.
Bedroom 3 features a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is also a full hallway bathroom upstairs with a bathtub, conveniently located between the bedrooms.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious fully fenced backyard, deck seating, and a propane grill. The backyard and deck are great for relaxing after a day exploring Royal Oak, visiting family, or working in the area.

Guests will also enjoy thoughtful amenities including coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, central air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, smart TVs with streaming capabilities, and brown noise sound machines and tower fans in every bedroom.

For families traveling with young children, the home includes a Pack ’n Play with sheets, baby bathtub, portable booster chair, children’s plates and silverware, and children’s cups.

Driveway and street parking are available. Self check-in is provided with a keypad entry code.

EXTRA CHARGES
Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750 charge for extra cleaning entailed.

Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge.

Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering.

A $200 fee for the loss or damage of remotes to the TVs or any other amenity equipment.

PET POLICY
$75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
All pets must be kenneled and house trained
All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home
All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets
