The villa’s living area radiates light and warmth and is thoughtfully furnished, making you feel instantly at home. High-quality tiles run throughout the entire house, perfect for allergy sufferers. The cozy sofa beckons for movie nights in front of the large TV. The modern kitchen is a paradise for any home chef: spacious and fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Start your day with freshly brewed coffee from the classic coffee maker or the convenient Keurig machine. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large dining table invites you to enjoy breakfast together or end the day with a cozy dinner.

Four stylish bedrooms offer private retreats, each with its own bathroom and TV. Two of the rooms open through sliding doors directly onto the pool terrace, offering dreamy water views, and one of the bathrooms has direct access to the pool.

The heart of the villa is the outdoor area: the large saltwater pool is electrically heated and operated with a salt system, making the water exceptionally pleasant and gentle on the skin. Essentially, it’s a fresh-water pool without chlorine, so you’ll no longer have irritated eyes. Surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a BBQ and a whirlpool, the terrace becomes the ultimate place for sunny days and magical, warm evenings. Under the covered terrace, a large dining table invites you to share meals, and celebrate – perfect for creating unforgettable moments with family or friends. A pool fence for the safety of little ones is also provided.

The private boat dock with its spacious Tiki Hut is an idyllic spot right on the water. Here you can enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the view of the canal, read an engaging book, or simply watch the sunset. Start your boating adventures to the beautiful Florida beaches directly from here!

Modern amenities leave nothing to be desired: Wi-Fi throughout the house, TVs in every room, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a garage parking space ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is luxurious. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

In addition to the well-equipped house, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach accessories in the garage for your excursions. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outdoors.
