Open space concept with Gourmet kitchen and a fine Dining area, Living room with entertaining area and fireplace and an unobstructed view to the Waterway and Preserve, 4 spacious Master Suite bedrooms with 4 luxury full bathrooms, powder bath, pool bath and outdoor shower, leisure room and a bar with kitchenette upstairs. Only premium materials were chosen for this vacation Villa. Granite counters and leather furniture, high-grade wood floors, floor tiles and bathroom interior, stainless-steel and energy-efficient appliances. The entire Villa Noumena is tastefully decorated with works of art from a Swiss artist. The large pool area offers an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a lot of space to enjoy the view and sun in the cozy chill-out area, the oversized pool, and the Jacuzzi.

Fun in the Sun

We have stayed at this property before. It is a wonderful spacious home with comfortable furniture and beds, Bedrooms are large and in suite bathrooms magnificent. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area are exceptional. The sunsets are beautiful. The house is located very close to great restaurants and fun activities. The enclosed pool area has lots of comfortable furniture and very quiet. Truly a fun and relaxing get away!!

Tolles Haus mit toller Lage

Wir als Familie hatten unglaublich viel Spaß in dem Urlaub. Durch den großen Außenbereich konnten wir den Urlaub mit Kind sehr genießen. Auch der Pool war super mit Kleinkind!Danke auch an die Agentur fĂŒr die immer super schnelle Kommunikation!

A beautiful home away from home

We had a wonderful time at the property. we stayed for 11 nights. The management staff was professional, and quick to respond to our inquiries. The house was conveniently located so that we were able to have the groceries delivered. Even though we did not use the outdoor grill, it was very clean, which was very unusual, according to our past experiences . The manager Ziggy was hilarious and helpful. Overall we felt that we were treated with courteous professionalism as a guest, and not a tenant. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Markus and Staff!

Wonderful Stay

What a wonderful property! We were a 3 generation family that stayed for a family vacation. There was room for everyone. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. We would highly recommend!

Alles grĂ¶ĂŸer, schöner und sauberer in der Villa Noumena

Grosse Villa mit viel Platz, auch wenn man sich mal zurĂŒckziehen möchte. Super sauber - wirklich außergewöhnlich. AufgerĂ€umte Garage :-). Trotz Hurrikan Ian alles sehr aufgerĂ€umt und wieder schön gemacht. Sehr großer Pool plus Jakuzzi. Direkte Kommunikation mit EigentĂŒmern/Vermietern erleichtert viel.

Absolutely gorgeous

Picture do not do Justice for this breathtaking home! The view is incredible, with a perfect pool and jacuzzi. The home was very clean. Things to remember that we ran out of, toilet paper, trash bags and there was no laundry detergent. We did have problems with the heat for the jacuzzi and pool Thursday through Monday, the day we left. Other than that the home was perfect! Wld definitely stay here again! We are a couple who decided a few years ago to take a risk and make our biggest dream come true. We love the combination of peace, nature, comfort, and luxury in our villa and enjoy the surroundings and the many opportunities Florida has to offer: kayaking (all the way to the mangroves), boating, sandy beaches, parks, beautiful springs, culture (theater/ballet, etc.), shopping, and good food. Restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies are nearby and can even be reached by bicycle. Delivery services are fast and reliable.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the neighborhood because it is safe and quiet. You can go for a walk every morning and meet nice people along the way. There is a beautiful, shaded playground that is suitable for children. Pickleball courts, tennis courts, a small golf practice facility, and a beach volleyball court are only a 5-minute bike ride away. The newly installed kayak ramp in front of the house provides easy access to the water, or you can simply enjoy the unique sunsets. Sometimes dolphins or manatees swim by, and of course there are many fish and turtles to see. Birds of all types and sizes, from the smallest to owls and eagles. There is much to see and enjoy locally without having to get in the car.

We believe our villa is unique because it is not a model home, but a self-designed property. You can choose a room style you like, from modern to Floridian to classic, and there is plenty of space to relax everywhere. We have many regular guests who always feel very welcome and comfortable. We love our beautiful garden. Every time we spend a few months in our house, we improve the interior and exterior. We listen to our customers. So far, we have only received 5-star reviews.
