This beautiful vacation home is situated close to many walking and biking trails and offers guests to explore the beautiful upscale and quiet relaxing neighborhood.
As soon as you open the double glass doors, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views of your blue sparkling pool with a hot tub facing the canal with its south facing exposure.
This home offers tons of space, 2-bedroom suites with patio access and en-suite bathrooms, the oversize pool area offers lounge area, sitting area, outdoor TV, dining setting and amazing tropical views as well as a outdoor kitchen (please note the built in BBQ is owner usage only, we do have a stand alone BBQ for our guests to use). This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva Island and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Canal Breeze features beautiful modern décor, the five bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, one queen bedroom, two twin bed room as well as a guest room with a twin trundle bed that also offers a designated office all set up with a split floor plan.
Two of the bedrooms have their private En -suite bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The third, fourth and fifth bedroom have a hallway bathroom and the office is located within the fifth bedroom that has the twin bed with trundle combo set up.
The Villa can fit up to 10 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in amble of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 8 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the jacuzzi or just relaxing on the sun ledge.
The home has an outdoor kitchen (pls. note built in BBQ is not available to our guests) with a separate rollaway/standalone BBQ.
