Recently renovated, the home offers two levels of living space. The upper level is an open concept with kitchen, living, and dining area facing the water. It opens directly to a spacious deck, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.
The ocean facing deck features dining for eight, chaise lounges, an umbrella, and a Weber gas grill. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee, reading in the sun, or gathering for dinner after a day at the beach, the view is always the main attraction. After a swim or surf session, rinse off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower before heading inside.

Three of the bedrooms are located on the lower floor. The upper-level ocean-facing bedroom looks directly out over the Atlantic.

One of the best parts of staying here is being able to leave the car behind. Deep Hole, one of Rhode Island's most well-known surf breaks, is a short walk away. Local favorites including Ocean Mist, pizza, and ice cream are all nearby. The laid-back atmosphere that has made Matunuck a beloved summer destination.

Pets 25 pounds and under will be considered with an $150 pet fee with prior approval from Sunrise Properties.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are also included! Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
