Welcome to our newly built modern sanctuary, perfectly positioned just two blocks from the Atlantic ocean waves and two blocks from the tranquil bay. Located in the heart of Surf City, our home offers a unique, private-like setting that beautifully balances peaceful relaxation with vibrant local culture. You are just a short, scenic walk away from local artisanal markets, a gourmet cheese shop, fresh oyster markets, organic cafes, and incredible dining.

We are passionate travelers, art lovers, and food enthusiasts who believe the best journeys happen when you immerse yourself in the local rhythm of a place. We love hosting and connecting with interesting, relaxed, and active people.

To kick off your week, you are warmly invited to join us for a casual "Welcome Dinner" in the courtyard. John loves to cook, and we find there is no better way to break the ice, share a glass of something delicious, and give you the ultimate insider tips on the island’s hidden gems. (Participation is completely optional, but highly recommended!)

For the Active & Curious: Excellent surfing, surf-fishing, private crabbing spots, scenic nature trails, and kayak launches are just minutes away. Take a bike ride down the island, visit the historic Barnegat Lighthouse, or take a day trip to the Atlantic City energy.

For the Mindful & Creative: Our home is designed for slow mornings and peaceful afternoons. Enjoy yoga on the deck, paint or read in the sun-drenched lounge, or simply relax on one of the most beautiful, uncrowded white-sand beaches on the East Coast.

Our modern, high-end home is carefully curated, meticulously cleaned, and designed as a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and artistic inspiration. It is an ideal retreat for couples, solo travelers, friends looking for a sophisticated shore getaway, or a memorable mother-daughter retreat.

DINING & KITCHEN POLICY: Please note that there is no guest access to the indoor kitchen and no indoor cooking permitted. This is the perfect excuse to fully enjoy the amazing local restaurants, cafes, and markets just steps away! For your convenience, you have full access to our premium ground-floor outdoor BBQ grill, outdoor refrigerator, and countertop appliances for light prep.

Your Private Suite (Second Floor)
A spacious, light-filled sanctuary featuring:

A premium King-sized bed with luxury linens.

A dedicated working/reading area with a desk and chair (perfect for creative writing or remote work).

A large flat-screen TV and a generous walk-in closet.

Private Bathroom: Modern design with a spacious walk-in shower. Premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and basic necessities are fully provided.

Our Mid-Week Luxury Treat: To make your 7-day stay even more relaxing, we provide an exclusive complimentary refresh in the middle of the week. We will personally change your bed sheets, bath towels, and beach towels once mid-stay so you can keep feeling pampered and fresh!

Shared Living & Wellness Space (Second Floor)
Shared exclusively between our two second-floor guest suites. Filled with natural light, this expansive open area is equipped for morning yoga, meditation, or curling up on the plush couch with a great book.

The Courtyard, Garden Lounge & Outdoor Prep Area (Ground Floor)
Our favorite part of the house! A shared outdoor oasis designed for socializing and relaxing:

The Garden Lounge: Surrounded by exotic plants—the ultimate spot for your morning espresso or an evening cocktail.

The Pavilion Bar (Outdoor Prep Only): Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker, plus bar seating.

BBQ & Dining Area: A spacious setup perfect for grilling fresh catch from the local seafood market and dining under the stars.

Post-Beach Conveniences
2 Outdoor Showers: Fully enclosed, modern, and refreshing for a seamless post-beach cleanup.

Beach & Outdoor Gear: We provide 2 premium beach chairs, 1 cooler, and plush beach towels so you can travel light.

Linens & Essentials: Fully stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also included.

Guest Access & Privacy
Guest Suites: Located on the second floor. You will share the second-floor living lounge exclusively with one other guest suite.

Host Quarters: Julia & John occupy the third floor. We are around to assist, share a drink, or give recommendations, but completely respect your privacy.

Shared Spaces: The ground-floor courtyard, garden lounge, and outdoor pavilion bar are shared among hosts and guests.

Parking: One dedicated off-street parking space is provided per suite.

House Rules & Vibes
To maintain a peaceful, respectful, and sophisticated atmosphere for everyone in the home and our neighbors, we strictly enforce the following:

Adult-Focused Atmosphere: Our property is curated for adults seeking a peaceful, social, and relaxed environment. To ensure this specific vibe, the primary booking guest must be 25 or older and personally occupy the suite for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

No Pets: This property is strictly "no pets." Guests traveling with a trained service animal must contact us prior to booking so we can ensure the layout is suitable.

Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, we observe quiet hours out of respect for other guests and our close-knit community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disturbances that require neighbor or police intervention.

No Smoking: Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, cannabis, e-cigs) is permitted inside the home or near doors/windows. You may smoke outdoors, well away from the building, provided all debris is cleaned up immediately.

Beach Budges will be provided.
Please make sure you return all Beach Badges. There is a $55 replacement fee per lost badge.
