Beach Cottage, 3 from the beach!

1 bedroom cottage 3 houses from the beach. Located at the rear of our main house. Can accommodate 3 (maximum 2 Adults and 1 child/teenager). Private patio area and outdoor shower. Walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, liquor store, coffee and bagels. Two TVs with Roku, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, dishwasher, small all-in-one washer/dryer. AC. 2 Beach Badges. 280 sq ft.

The main house (front) is either owner occupied or rented to guests.

NOTE-There are no bed linens, towels or blankets provided. Pillows are provided .Mattress and pillow protectors are included and are disinfected during cleanings.

this is a very nice, clean, quaint property very close to the ocean and convenient to all destinations on Long Beach island We had three of us in the property. It is probably best suited for a couple as the property is very small inside. There is no real indoor dining area other than a small shelf area with a few stools.when you run the water in the bathroom, there is a pump that makes a loud noise that can be disquieting to others in the unit. In addition, this location actually has two rental properties, a larger one in the front and the cottage that we stayed in the back. The owner Richard was very responsive and communicated well. There was a combined washer dryer in the unit , although the dryer did not work properly during our stay On street parking directly in front of the unit was a little bit tight, althoughThere were always spots available farther down the street.It’s a very nice spot for a weekend getaway but a little small for a longer extended stay. The small courtyard in front of the property between the two buildings is very private and nice.

This was our first time in LBI, and will definitely not be our last. This cottage is in a fantastic location. The beach entrance is practically right outside. We didn't have to move our car the entire stay. There are great restaurants and shops close by as well as a fishing pier and mini golf. The cottage itself is a perfect size and has a great private patio area in a super quiet neighborhood. Our stay was perfect.

Lovely little cottage

The little cottage was exactly like the photos...very nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. It was so close to a beautiful beach in Ship Bottom and just a few blocks from the Ship Bottom Shellfish restaurant we love! We hope to come back next summer!

Quick Beach Trip

We had a couple of days to spend at the shore. The cottage had everything we needed for a short visit for 2 adults. Quiet street, great location steps from the beach, walkable to many restaurants. Parking may be more difficult in the season but we had no issues with street parking. Host easy to communicate with, quick responses.

Beautiful cottage

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is beautifully renovated and the perfect size for a couple of small family. Very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay again.

Beach House

As noted in many reviews, the location of this property is excellent. It is a few houses from the beach, so you can easily walk back and forth from the beach to the house. It is also close walking distance to a number of good restaurants. The beach is well maintained and is extremely clean. Although the house is small, the location and upkeep/maintenance provides a terrific experience for beach lovers. The owners were extremely responsive to all questions we had. They also provided recommendations for things to do in the event of rain. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

Girls beach getaway!

Such a great cottage right ON THE BEACH! Love LBI and have been going to the island for years since I was a kid. My girlfriend and I decided to take a quick 3 day trip to the shore for some sunshine and relaxation and we weren’t disappointed! Communication with the host was so accessible and fast and the cottage was just right for what we needed! Would totally recommend! Thank you !!

Great weekend trip!

Can't say enough lovely things about our weekend at LBI! This cottage was perfect and our host, Richard couldn't have been more accommodating and communicative! Only a few steps away from the beach! We also loved the patio area to sit at and have our coffee in the morning!

Really nice property steps from the beach, and within walking distance of many great places to eat. Would definitely stay here again. Property owner is quick to repsond to all questions too!
