This stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront condominium sits directly on the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, offering panoramic water views from the bright, open-concept living area and spacious private balcony. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large center island with seating for five, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. A dedicated workspace with a desk is also available for guests who need to stay connected.

The luxurious primary suite features a king bed, private balcony access, and a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms and bathrooms provide plenty of space and comfort for family or friends. The highlight of the home is the expansive 800-square-foot Gulf-front balcony, complete with multiple seating areas, outdoor dining, lounge chairs, and endless views of the coastline—perfect for soaking up the sunshine or enjoying unforgettable Florida sunsets. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a relaxing beach retreat, this exceptional condo offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and beachfront living.

Kitchen: Huge galley style kitchen with all new stainless appliances including ice making refrigerator and freezer, oven with gas stovetop, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. Toaster, blender, Kuerig, and crock pot, as well as basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.

Dining Area: Round table with seating for 4 chairs, hutch and sliding glass doors to the balcony.

Living Room: Comfy couch with two matching easy chairs, one with ottoman leg rest. Large flat screen smart TV, console and coffee table, sliding glass doors to balcony.

Workspace: Small desk and chair working area adjacent to living area.

Den: Small sectional sofa that opens out to sleep an additional 2 people if required. Flat screen smart TV, small round table and seating for 4.

Bedroom #1: The master suite is separated from the guest bedrooms and boasts a king-size bed, 2 matching bedside tables, dresser, flat screen smart TV, sliding glass door access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Walk in tiled shower with stool and double vanity. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed with matching dresser and nightstands, flat screen smart TV and closet space.

Bathroom #2: Shower/tub combo - extra deep tub. Single vanity.

Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed with matching dresser and nightstands, flat screen smart TV and closet space.

Bathroom #2: Shower/tub combo - extra deep tub. Single vanity.

Utility Room: Full size washer and dryer.

Balcony Oasis: Extra large balcony with sweeping views of the Gulf. Outdoor dining, island with granite countertop, dining table with seating for 6, umbrella, 4 sun loungers and additional table with seating for 4.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area and a shared community. Please be mindful of noise during all hours. Normal day-to-day living noise is expected, but repeated running, jumping, or other disruptive activities that continue into quiet hours are not. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance at all times, inside and outside of the condo.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Please notify management of any service animals.

Parking: There are two privately assigned parking spaces numbered 2 and 6 in the covered garage under the building. Do not park in any other spaces as this could result in your vehicle being towed.

The local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.
