It was a great place for my 3 children and I to stay at. There was plenty of room for my truck and boat to park and the house was great!

Nice house in Rockport!

This is our second time to stay at Relaxed Beachin. It is a nice, quiet spot to stay, especially for a couple or small family.

The host was very attentive to any needs we had during our stay. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The view from the 2nd deck patio was beautiful. It was perfect for our short stay. I would recommend updating a few things though. I would like to see an updated coffee maker (Keurig single cup), the ceiling fan motor in the bedroom was on its last leg, more glasses in the kitchen, and the most important upgrade is to install WiFi. With the bad cell service in that area, WiFi is a must!!

Great place on Copano Bay

We enjoyed our stay at Relaxed Beachin. The house was super clean and the beds were comfy. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, a nice plus after a busy day. We hope to return.

Great little place near the water !!

Great Location to Rockport pier and activities 8 minutes away. It was cold and windy on our trip. The house was cozy and perfect for what we needed.

Quiet get away.

The house was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and the yard was perfect for our pup. We would certainly stay here again.

Even the dog enjoyed his stay

We booked this as a last minute weekend getaway. Check in was very easy and upon arrival the home was very clean. The yard was spacious, clean and gated, even our little dog enjoyed his time running around outside. We will definitely rent this property again.

Perfect spot for a small family

My family and I stayed at 'Relaxed Beachin'" for 2 weeks in June and had a great time! The house is clean and nicely updated. The location is great for small kids. We loved walking across the street to fish at the boat launch and hanging out in the shade under the elevated deck. I would rent here again.

Great bedroom/bathroom per couple but there was nowhere for 4 people to sit in the living room or area to eat.

Quiet getaway

Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Comfortable sleeping accommodations and great shower stall. Needs bigger sofa or additional adult size chair. Mosquitoes were overwhelming, might consider adding a porch mosquito trap by the door. Overall, will stay here again.

Great stay for the hummerbird fest!

Great place! Front of house has view to the bay. A lot of mosquitoes so beware. Each bedroom has an on suite. Clean house, fenced in yard, and view of the bay pretty nice place. No WiFi. So bring a hotspot

Relax and have fun doing it with Vacasa

First Vacasa is always 100% on top of it and very great to work with. There properties are always the best, very clean and very nice for a great and very affordable. The house was offered much more than we expected and just the view would have been enough. We made some friends with the neighbors who were so helpful and friendly. We are going back again.

Immaculate house

Very well decorated and pleasant. The wifi failed to work half of the four days we were there, while on of had to work online half of each day. The tv reception was so slow and spotty. Otherwise, very pleasant stay.
