Our room was absolutely adorable and clean, clean, clean! The pool was also super clean and a little oasis! Access to the beach was just a half block across the street. Most of the people we met at the pool were snow birds and have returned over many years! We certainly plan to return! Dave was a super host and responded quickly to any communication! Just a little gem of a place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hidden Gem

We have stayed at numerous places up and down the beach and this is one of the best. The pool, the access to the beach, and quiet atmosphere are all wonderful attributes.

My daughter and I stayed for a few nights. It was a last minute booking but it worked out perfect. It was very clean and a perfe t place for us to get away for a weekend.

Perfect Location

We came for a short weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday and the property was great. The location was perfect, walked across the street to the beach, close to restaurants and John’s Pass. The property was clean and had all the essentials. The pool was also nice!

Great little beach condo

Cozy, clean little condo in a quiet area. Location is great, right across the road from a beautiful beach and within walking distance of several good restaurants. Was nice having beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided. Hope to come back again!

Peeks of the ocean from our balcony made our stay amazing!

Great experience! Had the community pool been heated it would have been perfect!

Thank you Barb, I’m very happy you enjoyed your stay. The pool does have a heater but it just takes awhile to warm up being a 33,000 gallon pool. I’ll make sure our manager is getting it turned on early in the AM.

Relaxing getaway

The property was exactly as described. We walked rhe beach daily, found many sand dollars, and made new friends. Would love the opportunity to go back again next year.

Christmas Break enjoyed at Medeira Beach

Good accommodation, great location. Unfortunately, September and October hurricanes caused issues for property owner, but he was as accommodating as possible. Overall we enjoyed the location and made the best of the situation.
