INTÉRIEUR
Retraite vue sur la plage. Venez pour la vue, restez pour la plage. Découvrez le lever du soleil sur le golfe, café à la main, depuis le balcon de ce condo au 3ème étage récemment mis à jour. Ce condo est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour confortable et agréable. Des lits confortables sont assurés sur des lits king et queen avec un canapé-lit pour les enfants. La 2ème salle de bain a une porte qui relie à la 2ème chambre à coucher, fournissant essentiellement deux suites principales. Dans l'unité de blanchisserie assure la commodité après une longue journée à la plage. En plus de fournir une vue sur le golfe, le balcon donne sur la piscine (qui est maintenant chauffée pour le plaisir toute l’année) et le bain à remous pour aider à garder un œil sur les enfants, mais les nouvelles fenêtres à double vitrage protègent du bruit.

COMPLEXE / COMMUNAUTAIRE
Ce complexe comprend une place de parking réservée, une piscine, un bain à remous, un sauna, un centre de remise en forme, un centre de bureau et des barbecues au charbon. Un accès rapide en voiture aux sites de Corpus Christi et au Padre Island National Seashore étend vos vacances. L'emplacement est à quelques pas de la plage et à quelques minutes en voiture du parc aquatique Schlitterbahn - un formidable mélange de vacances! Wifi est disponible dans le centre d'affaires complexe, la piscine et le belvédère et maintenant, il y a un réseau Wifi privé dans l'unité pour les clients.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable. Animaux interdits.

Reviewer Comments: It was nice... we have been staying in these condos for years now I wish maintenance was a bit better on these units I know that the conditions are harsh down there but there is a downtime every year for you all and the money we spend on these units really should be put back into the units. I can sure tell a difference between owner owned units and ones that are owned by a property company the owner ones always was updated seemed like every year we came back but this last unit we have been in for a couple of years now hasn't seen an update since I don't know when and it sure shows. We love Padre and have been coming for over 20 years and have stayed at this location for the last 10 maybe and it is perfect but over the last few years seems to be much louder and crowded than it use to be.

You get what you pay for

Overall, we had a great time in Corpus and the 2 bedrm, 2 bath condo met our needs. Good things included, modestly priced condo, spacious enough for 3 adults, two children. The unit was clean when we arrived, and the Beach Club is always well maintained; great pool, fitness room, and fish stocked pond. Bad things included a fire hazard toaster, mismatched furniture, and kitchen supplies. The furniture and floors had paint stains, and some of the chairs had torn fabric and stains. None of the furniture matched. So if you are expecting to see new and beautiful accommodations, this is not the unit for you. Also 3rd floor is for those who are still very mobile.

Reviewer Comments: We love this location we have been staying in these condos for years now and all the others had Kuerig or would provide filters and coffee if still had the old but this unit did not. Also I feel that you need provide better quality toilet paper and paper towels the 1 ply stuff is horrible! But we will stay here again loved the balcony and sat there for hours watching the waves.

When having to submit a maintenance request, the response-time was fast and the issue corrected quickly. The TV’s with cable/internet were a challenge to figure out. Some furniture could be updated. Bring your own beach chairs if you want to go to the beach. For this price, we would stay here again. I already miss the paradise of North Padre Island!!

The dishes are in bad shape, some of them should be thrown away. The unit was not kept up. Rotten baseboards are not what you want to see while sitting on the couch. The railing on the balcony seem sturdy enough but it did move a little and had missing hardware. The tub in the bathroom did not drain very fast, looked like it was clogged with hair. As far as out side the unit, it would be nice if the walkway and stairs we better ventilated. Stairs are steep and hot. I did like checking in and out with the app. Pool was nice and clean.

Further away from the beach, but this was not the beach was not the reason for our vacation this time so that was OK. We like the view from the balcony. It was still Covid time but not a high season so everything went well.The apartment was clean. The amenities and furniture could use some update. The main beds were comfortable to sleep. The bathroom sink had rust that was not pleasant to watch each time we had to use it.The utensils and several plates had stains that we couldn't wipe off. They included several pieces from different sets.This apartment could be much more enjoyable with some attention to details by the owners.
