We had a great stay !! Unbelievable condo Javier had the condo decorated for Christmas and the family loves to play cards and he went and got us a brand new card table and four chairs !!!! The condo was awesome would definitely come back !!! The welcoming snacks and drinks were awesome as well !!! Thank you so much !!!

Family Get Away in South Padre Island

This was our 2nd VRBO and the condo was as beautiful in person as it was online. Absolutely gorgeous property. We were greeted by Javier and he made us feel at home right away. He took care of the luggage and helped us with all the groceries. The views from the living area, balcony and master bedroom were fantastic. Everything was perfect. We talked about returning to this property before we even left. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Fun!

Our stay began with a warm welcome by Javier. He met us downstairs and moved all of our bags to our condo. We loved the beach theme of the property, and enjoyed all the amenities the host provided for us. We look forward to staying here again!

Great Condo for Small Group

The condo has been beautifully remodeled and amenities are high end. Comfy beds and pillows, quality linens and towels. Extra fans in each room. Kitchen was stocked with any every appliance and gadget you could need. The owner and concierge were both wonderful to work with and made us feel welcome. Our group of five had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Excellent Stay

Great communication at all times. Javier was very helpful when greeting us on arrival and checking us in. The condominium was beautiful. Very modern decor and all amenities included. This trip was well worth it. Gale was also very helpful and we really enjoyed our trip. We will definitely be back.

Excellent place!

We have stayed at the Sapphire for the past 3 years and this condo was by far the best yet. We had forgotten to pack sand toys for the kids, but they had a whole supply there for our use which really saved the day! Super clean fridge, washer and dryer! Tons of towels, and beach accessories. Ample seating in the living room with a large tv for movie nights. It was just a really great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Javier was helpful in resolving our issue to cool down 2 of the bedrooms by providing 2 additional fans. We wished we would have known about the tar on the beach before we went down the first day, so that we could have lessen the amount of tar we got on ourselves and our belongings.

Best Stay and View on the Island

Don't stay anywhere else. This is the BEST. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The view of the ocean overlooking pool hands down can't be beat. Javier, the concierge contacted us in advance, arranged to meet us upon arrival and not only took ALL our stuff to the room, but showed us around and gave us some tips. We plan to be back. We forgot to sign the guest book but left a beaded ankle bracelet and hope it gets passed around. Thanks to Gail for making this place one of my faves--Margaritaville access was a plus but also this place was LUXURY!

Awesome Place

Great place--clean and comfortable. Nice that it connects directly to the Margaritaville hotel for conference facilities. Easy access to beach and great pools. I'd highly recommend.

Wow!!! Loved this property.

From owners to concierge we were treated with excellent care. Javier (concierge )was a jewel!! The condo was immaculate. The views were stunning. Comfy cozy in every way. Only negative is the pool is in need of resurfacing. However the pool itself was just right. We will be back. For sure!!The photos online are a great representation but don’t do it justice. Enjoyed every stress-free moment!!

Perfect Sapphire Rental

I have stayed at several units at The Sapphire. This is the first unit to truly have everything we needed and we had no problems with our stay (previous stays have all had problems). This unit is very comfortable, updated, and has a very well stocked kitchen and all the extras (beach towels, toys, and gear). My kids really enjoyed the welcome basket too! We will definitely return.

Awesome beach stay

My husband and I stayed for about a week and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Javier was an awesome concierge and helped us check in and get all of our luggage up to our room. The room we stayed in was fully furnished and stocked with everything you’ll need and the views were simply amazing! The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back for another visit in the future!

Awesome place to stay

The view is awesome! The place is awesome! We had plenty of room with 4 adults and 4 children. Communicating with host was super easy and fast. Lots of beach toys for the kids. Javier was a great help unloading the cars. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Family Stay!

We stayed at the property with our family: our kids, and we brought the grandparents. We absolutely loved the resort, the staff, and the location. Javier called me a few days before our stay, met us at the property, helped us unload onto a luggage cart, got us checked in and gave us an overview of the resort. There was a thoughtful welcome gift waiting for us. The view was unbelievable. The Sapphire is the nicest place to stay in SPI.

The property and grounds were great. Great location, concierge, Javier was very friendly and helpfu.

I would recommend this for a great for a great getaway.

We have a private concierge who will meet and great you upon your arrival at the Sapphire. He will help you with your luggage groceries etc, and give you quick informative tour of the Sapphire and your condo to explain how everything works..This property is very well maintained. Has a Great staff & great amenities. Spa, Game room, Theater, and a Fitness center. I highly recommend it.
