The Space:

This elegant villa with a breathtaking 180-degree sea view was originally built in 2010 and fully renovated and expanded in 2023. Set on a spacious 400 m² plot, it offers approximately 140 m² of modern living space, combining comfort, tranquility, and a refined Mediterranean atmosphere.

The bright living room features floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the terrace, pool, and sweeping sea views. Comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a large smart TV create a relaxed atmosphere. The modern dining area with designer chairs sits right in front of the glass front, so every meal comes with a view of the coastline.



Second Lounge & Open-Plan Kitchen



In the house, a second cozy lounge offers spacious sofas and plenty of natural light. The adjoining open kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen island, bar stools, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge, and coffee machines. The elegant dining table connects to the terrace surrounded by lush greenery.



Bedroom 1 – Cozy & Calm



A compact and inviting bedroom offering a comfortable double bed, soft bedding, warm lighting, and a wall mirror. Modern blackout blinds and air conditioning ensure a restful night.



Bedroom 2 – With Sea View



Wake up to the sea: this bedroom features a double bed positioned right by the large sliding doors that open onto the terrace with pool and ocean views. A spacious built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage. Bright colors and natural materials create a serene, airy atmosphere.



Bedroom 3 – Bright & Comfortable



This bedroom includes a soft double bed with an upholstered headboard, bedside tables with lamps, and air conditioning. Stylish décor—such as a wall picture and round mirror—gives the room a modern and welcoming feel.



Bathroom



The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower, vanity with storage, and a mirrored cabinet. Light tiles, a glass shower screen, and practical shelves create a clean and comfortable environment. Towels and essentials are provided.



Outdoor Area & Pool



The highlight of the property is the spacious outdoor area with a private pool, surrounded by a bright terrace and glass railing overlooking the sea. Sun loungers, a covered lounge area, dining space, and several seating zones provide plenty of room to relax—whether you prefer full sun or shade. In the evening, the lighting around the house and pool creates a magical atmosphere.
