Cette suite est entièrement contenue. Tout ce que vous avez à faire est d'arriver et de profiter. Le manoir historique Phelps est plein de caractère historique, des armoires de cuisine d'origine aux planchers de bois franc de l'ensemble. Il y a eu de nombreuses mises à jour tout au long du processus de réadaptation et offre de nombreux équipements modernes. Cette unité est une chambre avec un nouveau lit Amish et un matelas Queen très confortable. Situé dans le salon, deux canapés. L'un est un canapé-lit Queen exceptionnellement confortable, le canapé supplémentaire peut être utilisé pour dormir la 5ème personne. La cuisine est approvisionnée avec tous les articles de cuisine; vaisselle, argenterie, assiettes, bols, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles de cuisson, cafetière, grille-pain et micro-ondes. (Pour 6 personnes) Réfrigérateur pleine grandeur et cuisinière à gaz. Wi-Fi et câble gratuits. Grande télévision à écran plat. Parking disponible.

This is a beautiful place, very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Just a short walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and shops. We would stay there again.

Stay for Luther Family weekend…AWESOME!

This property, as well as the owners were both fabulous! Off street parking, nice amenities, comfortable HVAC, reliable WiFi, and close to downtown all make this a great option. We’ve been coming to Luther events for the past 5 years as our girls attended Luther and this VRBO location was the absolute best we have stayed at… highly recommended!!!

Beautiful, historic property

The property was nicely updated, well maintained and very clean. Nice location, easy walking distance to a grocery store and the downtown area for shopping, dining, etc. We'll have to remember this one for the next time we're in town.

Great location, quiet get-away

This home is located just a few blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, an easy walk on quiet streets. Off-street parking was a bonus. The suite is very roomy and extremely clean, durnished with the necessities. We were surprised how quiet the evenings and nights were, very peaceful. In all, a great stay and highly recommended.

We have spent a great deal of time renovating this wonderful mansion. We have completed the two suites available on the main floor for our nightly rentals. We are extremely excited to finally be able to offer the suites to our guests to enjoy. We both grew up in Decorah and have chose to stay in the area to raise our own family. Decorah is an amazing town and is full of fun and exciting things to do all the time. Decorah residents are very proud of our little town in northeast Iowa, and we really enjoy inviting guests to our little slice of paradise. We are certain you will enjoy your stay.
